Chad and David Put my mother in laws unit in Mount Holly. They had her house nice and cool in no time . Very respectful and hard working young men. They were affordable and knowledgeable. Her house is older and they installed her ac unit so she would no longer have to use wood heat and window units. I would recommend them to anyone who needs hvac services!

Air was blowing but not cold. It was getting hotter in here by the minute. I called Home Town Heating and Cooling and Sergio was kind enough to come out at almost 8pm and fix it. I had a difficult case, but Sergio was able to properly diagnose and repair my a/c. It turned out that a roofing nail punctured the refrigerant line, and the system was completly drained . The punctured line was hidden behind the ceiling. Very difficult to find, but Sergio found it & completed the repair. Efficiently, and without having to tear the entire house apart. He also went above, and beyond repairing & fixing items that needed attention to get the system to operate at maximum efficiency. Great service for my home's AC repair in Waxhaw! I had cascading issues and needed help fast. Woke up to water dripping from our bedroom ceiling!

Sergio called me back quickly and fixed it same day. Determined one AC unit went out and other's drain pipe became clogged from running overtime. The clogged unit's sensors were not working so the unit did not shut off and flooded the attic. He repaired the one unit right away, cleared the clog, vacuumed up the water, and wired new sensors. Sergio was friendly and I appreciate him explaining the repair in detail to satisfy my curiosity as a new homeowner. You can really tell he takes pride in his work.

I called Home Town base on Google reviews and the fact its located in Waxhaw. I believe in supporting local small businesses. Sergio took my call and committed to being out that day within a given time slot. He did just that. He offered me a repair and replacement solution. My AC units were leaking. My AC units are 17 years old. So I chose replacement not because he was trying to up sell me something but because of his honesty and professionalism. He got us comfortable until he and his team could install two new units two days later. They arrived early and went straight to work. Our new units were up and running by early evening. He installed Tranes with a two year free maintenance service program which he provides, not to mention the solid manufacturer warranty. Sergio and his team were focused and friendly but more importantly they did a great job. He is my guy now for all my HVAC needs including my rental properties.
