Joshua and son's original task at my house was to replace all the dying crawl-space HVAC ducting. As a fringe benefit once the work began, they also [1] created a needed new crawl-space access portal (the existing one was very awkward and muddy to use), [2] diagnosed and replaced a defective sump pump, [3] extend said pump's outflow pipe about 40 feet (to bypass its previous mud-hole dumping spot, [4] helped load plywood sheeting into the attic (my own simultaneous project) and [5] cut and mounted plywood sheets within a porch area that will contain two large, rowdy dogs. Joshua advertises himself as an "AC & Heating" contractor, but his skill set (and willingness to employ it widely) extends into the domains of construction, plumbing, electrical and...biblical theology/apologetics! He will do your job(s) professionally and deal with you honestly. You may well need him for those other dimensions while he's on-site!

Have used Joshua Erlien AC & Heating several times. I find them to be thorough, honest and fair. On a recent service call (Dec. 2021) Joshua recently drove about 10 miles to get a furnace control board for my gas furnace so we would have heat during a cold spell. Above and beyond what I have been used to in the past from other service companies. I give this business the highest rating.
