I am so very pleased that we chose Dave Matthews Heating and Air to install our two systems. One is a 4 Ton central air and the other is a 1.5 Ton heat pump. They are both Trane XL16i units as recommended by Matt Ackerman. Everything about the installation process including getting a price quote, scheduling, prompt installation and the quality of workmanship was handled very professionally. I got three quotes for the two systems. One of the quotes was from a well-known reputable company. The third was from our previous Heating and Air service. Matt’s quote and that of a well know company price came within $35 of each other which exemplifies the integrity and honesty his pricing policy. What really made me choose him was that I actually met Matt while he was installing my next-door neighbors Air Conditioner and we had a very nice discussion. He was so nice and friendly to talk to and he answered all my questions and I could see his in-depth knowledge of Air Conditioning By the way the third quote from our previous Heating and Air service was several thousands of dollars higher and the equipment not as good as the Trane units I purchased. The systems were installed when it was promised and it was completed in two days which can be expected for two systems. The quality of the workmanship was superb. Everything look so neat and tidy when he was finished. Both systems work perfectly from the first day and no call backs were required. I would recommend Dave Matthews Heating and Air to anybody. I also passed this information to one of my neighbors who is considering replacing his two systems.

We had an issue with our thermostat cutting off and resetting over and over again. I HATE hvac issues because I can never trust the repairman. My wife found Dave Matthews heating and air and after seeing great reviews, called and scheduled an appointment. They were able to come out the same day and were quick, efficient and professional, and yes.....trustworthy. They found a bad float switch, fixed it, and were on their way. If you are like me and struggle to trust service people, you should give this company a try!

I called them originally for routine yearly maintenance and had a potential issue with the original service call. I called them back with my concerns and without hesitation they sent another technician out and corrected the problem at no additional charge. Thats the way business should be done! This is the company you want! Dave Matthews installed the new AC system in our house. They took time to go over all our options choose the system that fit best for our house with zero pressure. Our install crew was on time, got the job done, quick, took care while working in the house, and left no sign of them being here when they were done. The best part about working with them is seeing members of my own community in the house working Thanks guys!

Having to replace your A/C unit and furnace is not an experience one looks forward to. I had several companies come out to assess the situation and give a quote. Dave Matthews Heating and Air was far and beyond a wonderful experience. Jason, their sales representative, first came out and sat down with us. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I had several follow up questions and he answered my calls/text promptly. Their prices were extremely more than reasonable, and more so, you can’t beat their 3 year labor and 10 year parts warranty!
Rick and Matthew came to my house to officially install both units. They were so very friendly and thorough in their attention to details. They encountered an issue (later learned from a very bad lightning storm we had earlier) and called out for Zach, their service technician, who came to the house within 30 minutes, discovered the issue and fixed it promptly. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dave Matthews Heating and Air. I would recommend them to anyone!!!!
They also play Dave Matthews Band greatest hits during their entire install…just joking, they don’t. 😂

I usually handle most repairs myself, but my air conditioning system had me stumped this time. Zach and his colleague came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, which was not a simple fix. They ended up swapping out the contactor on my AC (inverter from 220v to 24v), and had everything running smoothly in no time. Their professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency were top-notch. I really appreciated how thorough and confident they were in tackling something that even had me scratching my head. Highly recommend their service!

Wow! can’t say enough good things about Dave Matthews HVAC! When we bought our home, we quickly realized our old HVAC system just couldn’t keep up. It was underpowered for our house’s size. Dave Matthews’ team came in and installed two fantastic new Trane systems at a really reasonable price. One for the upstairs and one for the downstairs.They even helped us set up a new thermostat system that’s saved us a ton of money!

Their staff is super friendly, and the best part? They don’t do any advertising. They rely on happy customers like me to spread the word. I’ve recommended them to several friends, and they’ve all been just as impressed with the fair prices, high-quality service, and quick response times. If you need HVAC help, Dave Matthews is the way to go!

Dave Matthews Htg and Air do annual checks on both my air conditioner in the Spring and my gas heating system in the Fall every year. I highly recommend them!! Especially find the tech Josh Tessnear to be very friendly and professional. Call Dave Matthews Heating and Air!

I was almost scammed as there was nothing wrong with my furnace. You have earned my future business for your honesty and appreciate you coming so quickly to evaluate.

I can’t recommend Dave Matthews more. If I could give six stars, I would. My heat went out a day before a massive snow storm. I was home alone with my daughter with zero heat. They came to my home within hours, diagnosed the issue, gave me a GREAT price on a new furnace, treated me with kindness and respect, and installed the system the next day.

The Dave Matthews service team is outstanding. Every single tech who has serviced my HVAC system the past several years has been honest, highly competent, and friendly. They take the time to fully answer my questions and provide me with reasonable options whenever problems arise. Their equipment and service prices are very competitive, and their follow-up is superb! They are unquestionably the very best HVAC service organization I've experienced in the Carolinas.

My old furnace gave out on 1/30 and a big snowstorm was coming the next day. I quickly scheduled a different company to come out to give me a quick quote to replace it. The quote they gave me was for over $8000 and they took a 40% down payment right away! I live in a 1500 sqft townhouse so this quote seemed very high to me. I decided to get a second opinion and remembered that Dave Matthews had been recommended to me in the past. I called them up and talked to Jason and explained my situation to him and asked if he could offer a better price. He was able to offer me a price that was almost $2,000 cheaper than the first company! They were also able to offer me 12 months financing with 0% interest which was also amazing. Once the snowstorm was over they quickly came over and took measurements and and the next day they did the install on 2/3. They were here for maybe 3 hours and it was done. Rick and Taylor were very professional and friendly. I could not be more pleased with how they helped me. I will definitely recommend them to anybody that needs any HVAC work done! My cats and I are warm again!
