This company is fantastic! We called 2 other “highly rated” companies prior to calling Next HVAC and they were no help and quite frankly didn’t know what get we’re doing.. it wasn’t until we called Next HVAC that our issue was fixed. Siarhei is so knowledgeable, did a full diagnostic to figure out what was happening and then explained everything to us so well. He ordered a few parts and fixed our issue! He is honest, hard working, came the same day we called and his prices were very reasonable. HVAC is the only company we will ever call for our AC needs from now on. Siarhei, thank you!!!

We'd been using one of the big local companies for a number of years and had a service contract. Seemed like every time they came out for a seasonal tune up they'd always recommend to replace a unit, new ducts, or something high dollar.
2 days after a service call our heat stopped working. Tech came back and said inducer motor was broken and recommended replacing whole unit ($10K+) Called Siarhei with Next Hvac from a referral late on a Friday afternoon. He came a few hours later (Friday night) diagnosed that the issue was a loose wire, fixed it, and just charged us for the $95 diagnostic fee, saving us $10K. (Plus diagnosed a few other issues)
They say the best thing in life is a mechanic you trust. The second best thing is an Hvac person that you can trust. You can trust Siarhei.

They got here when they said that they would and were very professional. They took extra time to explain all the work that they were doing and give me insight and understanding into the system how it works, and what some of the things to look out for our. I highly recommend this company in their services. I am very happy with the service that we received and would recommend them to anybody that we know or who needs HVAC services or maintenance.

Cannot say enough positive. Morris Jenkins told me I needed a new system as there were too many problems wrong that I would be throwing good money after bad if I chose to fix it. I called NEXT HVAC from reading reviews. Siarhei came out within an hour, fixed the problem, and said the problems identified by Morris Jenkins were not accurate. Been a long 24 hours thinking I was going to have to buy a new system to having problem resolved for cost of diagnostic call. He made our day with his integrity, honesty, and knowledge. Would HIGHLY recommend.

We called Siarhei this afternoon with an HVAC issue, and he showed up within two hours, amazing response time! He was friendly, funny, and very knowledgeable. I called NEXT HVAC for a second opinion after having SO many problems with my system installed by a different company in 2021. I am very happy with his services. The owner came out and showed me the panel on the outdoor unit with the heating and cooling temps and charge measures and showed me where my system was currently running live with his electrical gadgets. He also used an electrical leak detector to confirm a micro leak on my coils in the handler unit. He showed me video proof of all his findingd and explained everything to me. He has been so thorough in educating me on this system and he PROVES what he is doing is legit. He is 100% professional and respectful. He found several problems with the original installation of my system that was installedin 2021 by ELITE MECHANICAL in Monroe NC. Elite Mechanical who was the original installer- 2021 Goodman system has needed new thermostat, new Blower motor (seized up and nearly caught on fire) and new Capacitor. The system was also missing a filter dryer which is essential to remove moisture and debris, preventing damage to the compressor and expansion valves, ensuring efficiency, and avoiding costly failures like frozen coils or acid formation.
I regret not getting a second opinion earlier. I feel like this could have all been prevented if I had used NEXT for the installation and maintenance of the system. I hope no one else ever experiences this.

Highly recommend Next HVAC. We were having problems with our thermostat not working properly which was causing us to not have heat downstairs. We’d tried to fix it ourselves with no luck. I knew we had to get a professional to fix it, but were fearful of how much it would cost. Based on their 5 star reviews, I decided to give Next a try. Called them in the morning and they came the same evening. Had it fixed in less than 2 hours. Super friendly, cost effective, and efficient! My only regret - not calling them sooner. Avoid the big companies and call Next HVAC. You won’t regret!

Tonight my home is warm thanks to Next HVAC! I was using one of the big companies for over 3 weeks and all they would do was replace electrical components that cost me lots of money and still no heat. I called Next HVAC and in a couple hours all was good. They are great to work with and highly recommend them.

During the Thanksgiving holiday our heating system went out and we contacted Next HVAC, based on high recommendations from a local vendor list. We were happily surprised when the call was answered immediately. Someone came out to assess the system the same day.
The person showed us where the Heater's Heat Exchanger was cracked and explained our Air Conditioner was nearing the end of life, we decided to replace both.
The owner Siarhei Buidak helped with the new Heating and Air Conditioning system estimation and installation.
The team was very professional and knowledgeable. They completed the job quickly and left the area clean.
