I have used this company for over 6 years in two different houses. Always do an amazing job. Knowledgable, and take time to check ahead of time for problem spots. My daughter said she feels like we live in a hotel when they finish.

I’ve had great results before with A Clean Solution, and this time was no different. Scott Neal, the proprietor, returned my living room area rug today in spotless condition. He also cleaned my bedroom wall-to-wall carpet and stair runner, both of which are now stain-free and look like new. The cleaning products used are natural and odor-free. A clean solution recently shampooed my couch, loveseat and mattress. I must say that they did an outstanding job. A clean solution is a family owned business which offers great customer service, reasonable prices and outstanding work.

I called to make an appointment and Scot made the appointment right away. And the day of the appointment they arrived right on time. I have two young kids so my couch and loveseat had some areas with stains from spills. After Scot was finished the couch and loveseat look brand new. Not to mention the great work on the mattress as well.

I have used A Clean Solution for several years to clean my oriental rugs. Scot does a great job. He is detail oriented and is focused on doing the best job. My rugs are clean and smell clean. He is responsive when I contact him. Overall a great service!!

A Clean Solution picked up our 8x10 foot rug on Saturday and returned it (looking great) the following Wednesday. Yes, you read that right - they picked it up. Very responsive and personable. Scot and Tim Neal performed a MIRACLE on our upstairs cream colored carpets this morning. My husband, an avid car restorer, had inadvertently tracked grease from his garage to our upstairs office. I thought it would mean purchasing new carpeting. Somehow Scot, knowing it was engine grease, completely eliminated it from the fibers. He's a car guy himself, so he has first hand knowledge of working on cars at home. I was shocked when I went upstairs this evening, the carpeting looks brand new. We have used Scot for years, but I truly thought this grease problem was beyond even his talents. I was wrong, he acted like it was no biggie. He solved the problem completely. I highly recommend Scot and Tim Neal. They just saved us what would have been a huge carpeting expense. They're professional, knowledgeable, fast and economical. I'm thrilled!!

Scot is a real professional and carpet expert. He help us in steam cleaning and repair the bleached carpets. We used other carpet cleaning companies before. Scot's carpet cleaning job was the best - deep clean and neat! He helped us to restore the carpet color from the damage caused by bleach in many areas. I am very impressed, my rental has a very old carpet from the 90s that had smoke damage and high traffic area stains that basically disappeared, and the cleaning was really fast and efficient , I was recommended to this company and I will also be recommending it to others. This is the third year we've used A Clean Solution to come out to clean our carpets before the holidays. I am amazed every time. The carpet in our house is over 30 years old. We have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Somehow, they manage to get the immense amount of clay dust, animal dander and hair, and dirt out of the carpet and leave it nice and bright and silver again! This year I asked if they could try the 1/2" white grout on the master bath floor. It's where our three large dogs prefer to sleep...and leave most of their dirt. Y'all. It was like a miracle occurred. My grout is white again!

Scot did fantastic work to clean our carpets and remove stains. He also turned the grout in our kitchen tile to 'like new'.
