They did an excellent job! They arrived on time and cleaned everything perfectly. They helped us haul away some large items as well. I will use this service again for sure!

I have had this service for over 3 years and I’m happy with the job they do. There are 3 gals that come and they are here for a hour. They get the stuff that I can’t get, which is a bonus to me. I have no problem leaving while they’re here.

Such a disappointment!! Quite honestly, this company started out very strong. However, after a few months, they really started to slack and do poor work. They would leave lights/fans on, FORGET TO CLEAN ROOMS, not mop floors, not scrub master shower, etc. I gave them several chances....obviously too many. The last straw was them scratching my stainless steel refrigerator. I noticed a couple of scratches last month and immediately notified their office. I was told that they would talk to the team and remind them to be careful. However, two weeks ago when I came home after a cleaning, I noticed that the bottom freezer drawer was scratched (a lot!!) and dented!!! It has just been done. I had to call/text several time for Carlos (Owner) to come out and look. He cancelled the first appt., was a no-show/no-call the second, then spent 2 minutes (literally) when he finally came out. He denied his company scratching the refrigerator before he even saw it. The scratches are clearly from "rubbing" motions. He took a cleaner and rubbed it with a towel and said "See? No scratches". That was his answer.
Then he had the nerve to blame my kids. His big selling point when I first hired his company was "If we break/damage, we fix!" Liar!!! Carlos is a terrible business owner and I want to warn everyone to STAY CLEAR of this company. They don't care about your property. He could have done the right thing for less than $300.

Their service used to be amazing, however, they have been steadily on the decline. I’ve used them multiple times and intially was thrilled with the service. There are certain teams that are better than others but the teams seem to also change often. I’ve given them chances even after I’ve had bad service (completely missing rooms, blinds with dust visibly left on them, cabinets not cleaned when they say they did them but stains are still existing that were there prior to them cleaning). The owners also seem to be less and less concerned about customer satisfaction at this point. Although they will send the team back to correct issues if you complain, they don’t seem to be overly concerned with correcting the root of the problem. The issues persist on different occasions. All in all, I try to be grateful for whomever is cleaning my house, but when you’re spending a good amount of money to get things a certain way, big missteps shouldn’t be occurring over and over again.

We have used the cleaning services of MaidPerfect for a long time and they do good quality work! Team members are friendly and the owner is good with communication and scheduling, etc. Would highly recommend!

Our family has been working with the Maid Perfect team for a while now and are so pleased with this service. We really appreciate the friendly staff, and impeccable attention to detail with each visit. Could not recommend them more!

Maid Perfect was supposed to arrive at my house around 10:30am and now it’s 11:25am. They still haven’t showed up. I think they should come on time instead of showing up late. I suggest that you guys don’t choose them as your housekeeping. Really upset about it. Their cleaning isn’t really good to start with. They don’t do a really good job at what they do. One time they destroyed one of my lights.

I know Carlos when we lived in the same apartment complex. When he told me he was starting a cleaning business I thought here is a guy who will go far. Seven years later his business has taken off. I hired him to clean my apartment. The ladies got there promptly and went to work. Two hours later the apartment looked and smelled brand new. They found items I thought were lost. I set up a monthly cleaning schedule with him. You can't go wrong with Carlos they definitely are Maid PERFECT!

We have been using their services for almost a year now and the team is punctual, professional, and leaves my home spotless. I highly recommend their services for anyone seeking reliable and thorough cleaning.

What a great company! They came, they cleaned, and the left. 3 little cleaning tornadoes came and cleaned my new home. What I liked, it was MY way of cleaning. They worked with my schedule and were professional in every sense. Thank you for getting my new home the first step of being mine.

The name speaks for its self! I wish I had before and after photos. The team was able to schedule me in a last minute next day appointment and did an astonishing job. I was very impressed with their quick services and detailed. They also have amazing pricing compared to other housekeepers in the area. I will for sure be using them again!

Maid Perfect recently cleaned my two bedroom apartment, and I must say I am impressed. Our carpets are incredibly clean, the bathrooms and kitchen are pristine, and they seem get all the nooks and crannies that I would never even think to clean. They even vacuumed our couch! I highly recommend Maid Perfect Housekeeping and will use them again.

I've been using the service for over six months and they do a fabulous job. It's the greatest thing to not have to worry about the heavy cleaning. The house always looks amazing when they're done, even if we've left our things out everything is neatly arranged when we get back. We had an issue once with something being forgotten and they fixed it the next day. They're great!

I use Maid Perfect every month or 2. Usually three people come and do a great job. In and out of my apt in about 45 minutes to an hour. No complaints so far, been using them about a year or so.

We've been working with Maid Perfect Housekeeping for a few months now, and we are always so pleased with the service. Every two weeks their professional and friendly staff thoroughly cleans our home. They are very accommodating to our schedule which is very helpful and appreciated! I also find them to be prompt and arrive when they say they will.

We had Maid Perfect come in to do a deep cleaning before our holiday company arrived. We had a team of 3 come in and clean the house top to bottom. They did such an amazing job! I asked if they could use my own cleaner for my floors and they agreed without any issue. I was so relieved when I came home to a spotless house where every nook and cranny had been scrubbed. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

I made my initial appointment with Carlos who set everything up. Communication was great and the entire process from start to finish was very easy. The employees arrived on time in the provided window and were professional and very thorough. It was obvious they were all experienced and knowledgeable in the profession. I was pleased with the attention to detail and all of the small touches taken to make our home feel refreshed. I would consider myself very meticulous and my expectations were blown out of the water with the job that was done. This is not a standard vacuum/mop/dust experience...Fan blades are wiped off, molding around the house cleaned, appliances cleaned, cabinets, etc...if it's there, it is cleaned by this amazing group. I will for sure be using Carlos and his team again!

I was very impressed. I had never used professional house cleaners before, but they went above and beyond my expectations. They were cheerful, courteous and considerate of my belongings. I expected my bathrooms, kitchen and floors to be clean. What I didn't expect was in addition to leaving my house sparkling clean was the little touches of tidiness they performed. Towels hung decoratively in the bathroom, throws folded neatly on the sofa. Little touches you don't realize make such a difference until you experience them. I would definitely recommend their services and plan on using them again.

I have used Maid Perfect for years and loved their service - my home is always spotless after they leave. Recently their quality has gone way down though. Their staff are careless with our belongings. They sucked the corner of an antique rug up into their vacuum ruining it and scratched a glass tabletop. On top of this, I had bathroom mirrors, fireplace surrounds, side tables and floors that were all left dirty. We’ve unfortunately had to part ways and find a new cleaning service. I sent pictures of the damage to the owner, and zero effort was made by them to fix anything AND they still charged me for the cleaning. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Not sure what is going on, but the quality and value just aren’t there anymore and I cannot risk having my home damaged more.
