Over the past few decades I’ve had a half dozen cleaning services. The team I have from maid perfect by far does the best job consistently over time. Super clean! They have been cleaning my homes for over 5 years now and they have never cut corners. We have a dog and they always vacuum the sofas and chairs which is amazing for keeping things clean. I like that they give me a two hour arrival window via text the day before because it means I can just take my dog to the park for a couple of hours sometimes instead of taking her to doggie daycare for the whole day.

I have been using Maid Perfect Housekeeping for almost 2 years now and I am very happy with their performance. I use their service every 4 weeks. They text me a few days before my scheduled date to let me confirm the date and time. I have had to change that date and time on several occasions and they have been very accommodating. I also have made special request and they have always complied. They send 2 or more cleaners over and finish my 2 bedroom apartment in about 2 hours. Great service and a great price.

I have been using Maid Perfect for years and am always pleased by the quality of cleaning they provide. They remind me of my appointment coming up and confirm time the day before. My kitchen and bathrooms shine and the house smells great. They take out all trash and make the beds. Great job of dusting and vacuuming and mopping. The crew is always polite, hard working and detailed and get the job done quickly and efficiently.

I absolutely love this service! We've been using them for 2 years. We have our home cleaned every two weeks. A team of 4 women show up and clean this 2 story 2,000. Sq ft home in 1.5 hours. It's spotless when they leave. The ladies seem happy and laugh a lot. I love these women! Highly recommend.

Maid Perfect has been cleaning our home for over 10 years! They come twice a month and we get cleanings on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

I particularly like their text reminders 1) Confirming each visit the weekend before 2) The day before they send ETA info. 3) The day of, they send a “ on our way text” So I always know their schedule.

They are very trustworthy and I feel comfortable with them in the house when I am or when I am not there.

We pick up some before they come each time and our house always feels clean. House smells great for a couple days after they leave each time they visit!

This is the 2nd time using H2O Wash for pressure washing all concrete surfaces and a trex deck at our home. They always do a fabulous job and show up when they say they will. I will most definitely use them again.

We had H2O do a roof wash on our 3600sf shop building. Job turned out to be a bit more difficult than they thought and took much longer to complete but Ronnie and the guys stuck with it and got it done. Great job! would use them again if the need ever arises.
