Dustin & his guys are great!! They have maintained my yard and my mother’s yard for a few years, have mulched the natural areas, limbed tree branches and do a great job with aeration & seeding our yards. I am happy with the work they do and enjoy the beautiful yard/ landscape. Dustin and his guys are very polite, honest, professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!!!

Wake Landscapes NC LLC has done a number of landscaping projects for us over the last few years and we have been very satisfied with the work they have done. The stone walk on the side of our house was the biggest job. Dustin and his team are responsive, reliable and thorough. We highly recommend them.

We hired Wake Landscapes NC based on a word-of-mouth referral from our neighbor. We later learned that two other neighbors use them and had also highly recommended. We had just bought our house which had a scorched earth front and back yard. It had a lot of trees which had never been trimmed or pruned, overgrown hollies and wild overgrowth along the back fence creating a jungle atmosphere. Dustin and his crew were outstanding throughout the entire job. Professional, reliable and demanded of themselves total quality results. Dustin walked us through his approach and plan and was clearly passionate about his work. He and the crew take pride in their work, and it shows. They trimmed branches to raise the canopy of trees, tilled the soil and laid seeded soil, redesigned flower beds and made great selections of new perennials and cleared out a large volumn of over-growth. The results were transformational! We absolutely love our new yard. Like our other neighbors, we join the chorus of happy customers who highly recommend Wake Landscapes NC, LLC!!!

We have had the pleasure of working with Wake Lanscaping, LLC for about two years now. From the get go - they treated us like family. Dustin, Tom, Turbo and the rest of the team are WONDERFUL. They are professional, so so kind, transparent and fair. Not to mention, they do an amazing job on everything they touch. They are responsive, on time, and thorough. When we move, they will be heavily missed by us - they have become apart of our weeks and seasons and we absolutely love to work with them!

We hired Wake Landscapes to redo our flower beds and plant new trees. Dustin was wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job. He installed beautiful Japanese Maples and Red Buds along with beautiful plants. We would highly recommend their services and will be using them regularly for upkeep.

Wake Landscapes and their guys have never let me down. They are a pleasure to work with. I've had them put down weed control, fertilizer, add mulch, repair a stone wall and trim my bushes for me on my house. Dustin is very knowledgeable of the landscaping business and is always gonna recommend the best choice for you. Right now all my weeds are now dead, the over grown bushes in my yard look amazing, grass is really starting to grow and the stone wall looks great. Also after their team is done they clean their whole work area up as if they were never there. Each guy is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any landscaping job you may have around your house.

A few years ago, Dustin and his crew mulched my natural areas and did a beautiful job. Right after that, I asked them to maintain my yard on a monthly basis. The yard has many tall trees and I had never had luck growing grass. Dustin recommended raising the canopies on some of the trees to allow more sunlight in. They tilled up the old grass and planted new. They babied it along and educated me on proper watering. Since then I have a beautiful lawn and always get compliments on my yard. Dustin and team are honest, dependable, knowledgeable and do what they say they will do. I recommend them whole heartedly

What a great company! Wake Landscapes was hired to diagnose multiple drainage and erosion issues, as well as repair two sinkholes in our backyard. Dustin was the only person we contacted for an estimate who asked to run water through our current drainage system to see what actually happened in rain. He offered multiple solutions and kept us involved every step of the way while working. The team was professional, courteous and left no mess behind. We are even getting a quote for more work in the spring! Hire these guys - you won’t regret it.

Dustin and his two crew chiefs, Turbo and Dustin are great to work with. They are professional, fairly priced, & always have gone beyond our expectations.

Wake Landscapes is such an incredible company! We have used their services for several years now, but recently had a big yard project and Dustin created the most incredible design! He is creative and thoughtful with his work and very responsive. Communication is excellent and the work is great quality. The team is so friendly and efficient! Dustin with Wake Landscapes helped me design two gardens around my deck for privacy and for beauty. He helped me pick out the shrubs, install them, added mulch and installed irrigation away from the gardens and house. He and his crew did an excellent, professional and timely job. He knows his shrubs and is a perfectionist in what he does. I love my gardens and would recommend him highly and would use him again for pruning and further landscaping projects. He and his crew were dependable and very respectful of us. A joy to work with.

I phoned posted number on Mon., April 18th to inquire about seasonal lawn services. The woman who answered the phone checked and said they do have some spaces open for service in my area and someone would get back to me to set something up, in order to provide an estimate... Well Lauren called me back on Weds.,the 20th and told me she was wrong, they do NOT have any open slots for the Clayton area. Why did it take two full days for a callback, to tell me they couldn't help?! I could have hired someone else in that time! Also makes no sense to me that a company isn't able to provide a definitive answer about their routes at the time of original inquiry! POOR customer service... wish I could review their ACTUAL lawn services, but have no opportunity to do so!

I called in November of 2020 and the earliest appointment was Feb. 2021. I was willing to wait due to their excellent reviews. The site visit went fine and I was told that I would get a quote in about 2 weeks. Well I never got the quote. I called multiple times and by April 5th I was told that they just couldn't do it. I waited 5 months. Not a way to do business.

Absolute worst Quality of Workmanship, I have ever witnessed. I am a multi-generational owner of rental property . This sort of thing is the absolute last thing I thought I would be doing and in fact my first time posting online.

I've witnessed blowers wide open and rocks slinging on cars. While pruning tree branches allowing smaller little branches and trimmings to fall on hoods with total disregard. To compound issues, the head of maintenance tells me to "Stop my Yapping"

Others in complex complain from the same issues too SO it's not just me.

I was referred to this company by a neighbor and made an appointment on 7/24/2018 to have someone come out as I am in new construction and need shrubs, trees, perennials, etc. The time was scheduled for September 5, 2018. About 2 weeks before the appointment a gal called to confirm the appointment. About a week before the appointment the same gal called to cancel. She said they are too busy and cannot do any work until next year. She also stated they go mostly to Apex and Cary and not to my area. I am in West Middlesex (near Rt 39). I am much closer to Wendell than Cary or Apex. They wasted over a month of my time! They didn't know before they cancelled that they couldn't do the job. Not a way to do business.

The Hicks' crew did an awesome job on our yard. The results are exactly what we wanted and we could not be more pleased! I highly recommend their services.

I had high hopes in using this company. I ask for a quote for some major work, to replace and build new drainage with rock, etc. Kevin came by 3 weeks ago and I have never heard back. That is ok, I had another company come by last week to give me a quote, I had that quote later that day. I will be using them now.

Our high expectations were constantly exceeded throughout the project. Matt and his team were always a step ahead and ready with solutions for the challenges we faced with the drainage issues. The entire team takes pride in their work and it shows with the end result. We now have a space we enjoy to use. Thank you!

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had when dealing with a contractor. Called them in February 2021 for a drainage project, was told the earliest appointment I could make was June 2021. I agreed and waited patiently for four months. Keep in mind, this was just the appointment, not even for work to be done. The morning of the appointment, 30 minutes before they were supposed to show up, I got a call from Melissa saying that they can’t come out because they are too busy and have no idea when they can reschedule. Her excuse was that they are understaffed, are trying to hire but that “no one wants to work”. As I expressed my frustration for being led on for four months and them not offering any rescheduling options, Melissa decided to just hang up on me. I tried calling back but she wouldn’t pick up the phone. Save yourself from dealing with them and literally contact any other hardscape/landscape company out there for better service.

This landscape business was used by my builder and they have taken a long time to come to attempt to fix any issues. When they did come they said there were no issues. That the issues were from us. We have a problem with a bed that was not graded properly. Each time we dig a hole there is a lot of water less than 6 inches down. This problem happened BEFORE we did anything. They need to take responsibility and fix the drainage issue. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
