Though the pricing for our new water line and RPZ hook-up was quite a bit of money, he made the process easier with his kind manner. Chris and Mike were our technicians and they were amazing. Very professional and showed up ready to work. They were very patient with us as we were running around trying to find the water shut off valve and once found they located the issue. Upon figuring out the issue they both were very communicative on what the next steps were and kept us up to speed on the process. Very pleased with the service and would recommend 10/10
