Plumbing Knight has definitely come to our rescue! After determining we had an underground leak in our water main between the meter/service and the house they quickly found and repaired the leak. Chris was the plumber I dealt with throughout the process and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We used plumbing Knight once before to replace an old water heater and they provided exemplary service at that time as well. They are the definition of a professional plumbing service and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a quality plumbing service. I know I will be calling and requesting Chris for our future needs. I should also mention that when I made the initial call Lacey made me feel like we were in good hands and our problems would be taken care of in a quick and efficient manner, so a BIG thank you to Chris and Lacey!Plumbing Knight!

We have used the plumbing night for big jobs (abandoning our septic tank and booking up to the sewer line) and for small ones (checking out a possible leak), and they have been so kind, professional, and quick! We are grateful for their stellar service and to know we can trust their expertise.

Called PKI and they had someone come out the same day to look things over and give me an estimate. Don’t have to wait days to get an appt. This was just a quote right now so no services delivered.

Clogged toilet. Had tried to plunge, but only backed it up. Richard and Noah worked fast and cleaned up after a successful clog removal. Thought the price was a little high, but did not compare with other companies

Outstanding and reliable company that can solve any plumbing issues that arise. They treat you well and all the personnel I have made contact with are very friendly and willing to provide the best service around. When they say they will have technical folks on site at a set time they are here and ready to handle any problems and they are always on time.

Called on a Thursday late noon; technician available the next day early afternoon: The technician was competent and pleasant; replaced a sink waste disposal. He had a nice manner, efficient, completed his task, and keep my sink in order! Thank you, Plumbing Knight!

Great job! He diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink promptly and at a reasonable price. I have used Plumbing Knight before and was pleased with the result. In my experience, they are an accommodating company from scheduling appointments to successfully completing the job.

I had a emergency come up after hours, I called The Plumbing Knight. They came out to my house in a timely matter. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and nice.. I will definitely recommend and use The Plumbing Knight agian.

Excellent reception and responsiveness. Clear quotes and time frames. CJ, Matt, Donald, all did a terrific job. An issue arose after the initial install, and they came by the next day to fix it. Definitely left some marks/dings on my wall, but hey, plumbing fixes are messy. Overall, great experience.

I found Plumbing Knight personnel Lacey and Keith to be responsive, knowledgeable, and capable.

They fit me into their schedule on an expedited basis and readily resolved my problem. Lacey's professional customer skills got us going. Keith's field expertise got me fixed. His experience is obvious and valuable. He is also an excellent customer coach.

A few communication items kept this from being a five star review. That said, both Lacey and Keith were excellent problem solvers without assigning blame or being defensive regarding communication.

Great communication from the moment they answered the phone. I spoke with several people about my repair, they were all pleasant and professional. The were able to schedule me the same day. The tech, AJ, showed up on time, completed the repairs quickly and most importantly was an absolute joy to work with. I will definitely reach out for any future needs. We liked working with the Plumbing Knight service. Our plumber was Brenden. He was very pleasant, informative, ane clearly explained every part of the job. He completed our repairs and installations fast. We are very satisfied with the results and would call on him again.

Gib Perez was very thorough, explained in great details the repairs needed and repair and installation of garage sconce light fixtures and exterior security light fixtures done to our great satisfaction. I highly recommend for any electrical works.

I had a last minute request on Friday before the snowstorm to have our tankless hot water heater serviced and checked because it was not working correctly. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. They came out and cleaned out the sediment and tested the system to get it working properly so we wouldn’t be left without hot water over the weekend. This is the second time they came to the rescue during bad weather!!

Had a wonderful experience with Chris Ewert! He was on time (early actually), called before he came. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Examined and evaluated our plumbing system. He came up with some issues that we were not aware of, plus told us what he was going to do to fix the problem we called him for. Gave us options on everything that needed to be done. Completely understood when we told him that several of these issues could not going to be addressed now. He understood. and helped us figure out the most important ones, and ones that could wait. We agreed on what was needed today to fix our current problems. He got the equipment and did the job in a few hours. Cleaned up beautifully and gave us instructions on when to use the new equipment. Not the cheapest day, (although the owner kindly gave us a First Responder discount-much appreciated) but we were very satisfied with the service and experience. Will definitely call them again!

The Plumbing Knight has helped us several times, and they’ve been incredible every single visit. They always manage to come out the same day I call and have the issue resolved before the day is over. A couple of years ago, our well pump went out and we had no water — their team stayed at our house working until 8:30 p.m. just to make sure we were back up and running. Truly exceptional service.

Chris and Noah really saved the day for us when our sewer was clogged! They responded quickly late on a Friday afternoon. We appreciate their professionalism and are grateful for their work. Problem solved!!

We called with an emergency on the day after Thanksgiving. They came within about 45 minutes of our call and called ahead to let us know when to expect them. We thought we would just have to be without water all Holiday weekend with an out of town guest, but they were able to do the job. Courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. Got right to work and the job was the price they quoted, despite running into difficulties. We are very pleased.

My husband and I seriously cannot say enough good things about Plumbing Knight. We had several "unique" situations we ran into with the plumbing on our new home (plumbing done by another company). Upon moving in we had no hot water for over a month. Several other plumbing companies came out and were baffled by the problem and could not fix it. Finally, we called Plumbing Knight and they not only solved the problem, but also helped my husband and I identify other areas we should be concerned about where the original plumbers cut corners. Without their diligence we would have never got ahead of these other issues. A couple more years down the road we ran into another issue related to the original plumbing and after calling Plumbing Knight came out the next day and worked diligently yet again for us to solve the problem fully and help us plan for the future. We would be remise to not directly acknowledge Brenden, who came out both times to our home. His knowledge level is off the charts. He is so personable and thorough, and clearly cares deeply about helping his customers. Bottom line- Plumbing Knight may not be the cheapest in town, but I promise you it's for a good reason. We learned that the hard way in the beginning. They will prioritize your family and they will get the job done right the first time so you can have peace of mind.
