From the moment he got out of the van. I thought I must have known him the way he jumped out and say “hey Lance”. Before even looking at the issue he started selling. “How old is this house? You need a shutoff in the house. Your water heater needs to be replaced…” geez let’s take one thing at a time please.
I called because there’s a pinhole leak in the copper in my front yard. The county came out yesterday and confirmed the flow is minimal for the leak and could be fixed with a pipe repair clamp (which he said is what he would have used if it was on their side). Rather than telling me what was wrong after he crawled under the house he brought up me needed a new water heater. He couldn’t tell if it was from 2002 or 2015 but he recommended a new one anyway even though I have no issues with it currently. After I said not interested in that he said I’m not going to even quote a repair. We need to change the whole copper out to make sure we can warranty it. I took the bait… $3000. Heck no! He said he can call the boss and get a few bucks knocked off or I can finance it. I showed him the clamp the county had that they would have given me but it was the wrong size and he said “never seen one of those” (interesting it seems pretty common for these situations based on 5 min of research).
After I pulled out my card to pay he pulled something up and said to repair it will be around $900. I was done.

Net-net I’m sure they do great work but for $25 and 2 hours labor no thanks. I paid the service fee and off they went to the next rodeo.

Called for emergency repair. Fast response time and Plumbing Knights guys were professional and made quick repairs. Courteous and Friendly also. Highly recommend and will use them again.

Mr Gibson( Gib ) was outstanding. I have used many electrical contractors over the years and he is the best by far. Knowledgeable, hardworking, and honest. He had a tough job...setting up another outlet which required him to get to the attic and fish wires down through the studs..not easy. He did with skill and hard work.
Can't say enough good words about him.
He is definitely the guy to hire.

The technicians that have come to my home were very professional and informative. They made suggestions to assist me in my decisions. Their service was great! Very kind and friendly. I thought I had a burst pipe from the freeze and looked for the best reviewed companies in the area. This was it, and I can say that the reviews are 100% correct. Even the mention of Betsy being incredible were absolutely true. She was so sweet, engaged, and helpful; so much so that we were able to get Brendan out to our home THE. SAME. DAY.

Luckily it ended up not being a burst pipe but we found some other things and, like most companies, he offered a number of different services that could be done to improve our home. I fully expected that but what I appreciated was that while he was assertive (like any good salesman should be), he was never off putting or insulting or aggressive. We opted for some and left the others and it was such a pleasant way to have gone about it that we don’t regret our service purchase at all.

Plumbing Knight was prompt in answering my request for help when my hot water heater would not function. Plumbing Knight had installed the previous tank 13 years ago. It was clever of them to have placed stickers with their company logo on that tank as I hadn’t any idea who I should call when the tank quit working without that suggestion. AJ and his associate did an excellent job of removal and completing the new install. I was well oriented as to the operation of the new equipment and very pleased with every aspect of the experience.
Wanted to complement their online form to establish an appointment. It was easy and very efficient. Once I sent the form Charity called immediately to verify my appointed time which was the next day. Today. And having hot water again is wonderful!
