We had a kitchen in April and Rainbow has been nothing but AWESOME helping us get back to normal. The cleaning crew was in our house within a couple days and cleaned EVERYTHING the entire week. They were all very friendly and has no problem answering thousands of questions that my son had. They have been very accommodating to our needs and very helpful getting stuff back to normal. Kyle and all his folks at Rainbow are amazing and we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We had water damage to our bathroom due to an unknown toilet leak. Rainbow came in and did not only the remediation but also managed the floor replacement and associated repairs. Daved did an outstanding job as the PM, working with the subcontractor and keeping me updated on the project each step of the way. Great company to work with.

I had a moisture scare at my house and decided to contact Rainbow Restoration of Winston Salem and boy am I glad that I did. While there was definitely some flooring issues that need to be addressed, they were able to check the moisture levels in my floors, walls, and overall humidity levels to determine my concern was likely not a moisture issue but a flooring installation issue that was probably not a major deal to repair by the installer. My wife and I slept much better after their visit knowing we were not in a mold producing environment and the issue was simpler than we made it out to be. They even went the extra mile and checked the HVAC units to ensure they were draining properly inside and out. Had there been a major issue needing restoration I am confident they would have been able to address it, but thankfully it did not have to go that far and they are who gave me that diagnosis. Can't recommend these guys enough! We had a lot of water damage from our laundry room on the second floor that went through the walls/floor down into our first floor ceiling. Tyler and his crew were there soon after the incident and immediately got to work. They were quick to respond and show up, super friendly and got the job done. Thanks again!!

Matt was incredibly responsive, arriving shortly after our call to assess the damage inside our home and underneath in the crawl space. He was very professional and his reassurance was calming during a time of stress! Luis and Matt thoroughly identified potential mold issues and set up quickly to dry everything out. Tyler and the rainbow team was great. Very easy to talk too. Up front and honest. What more do you want me to say, very pleasant. Had a lot of red shirts running around my apartment and down the hall from the water damage and sewer flood. Had a lot of people out here trying to help us all.

Larry, Tyler and the rest of the people over there were great to work with. They were very easy to work with and helped me through one of the most stressful things I’ve been through. They were patient and answered all of our questions while going through our house and locating mold and removing it for us. Would absolutely recommend them.

Noticed water in the toilet bowl very low when I went to walk into the kitchen my feet sunk into the rugs in the early morning at 530am. I was in shock but rainbow restoration helped restore this damage.

I am very pleased with work Sam and Josh completed for me today. We had water damage due to refrigerator leak. Sam and Josh removed the area of damaged hardwood flooring. Tyler and his team They are interested in really what really is going on. Took time in looking and finding. Efficient in working cleaned up and there was no mess. Really did a good job, excellent job actually. They were all polite . I hope there isn’t any more backups or wipes down my apartment complexes pipes to prevent any more water damage from occurring.

I have used Rainbow Restoration a handful of times over the last couple of years. A hoarding clean out for my client’s home, a cleaning to get rid of smells in a client’s home, a garage clean out for my parents. Personally I’ve used them several times in the last couple of months - my Christmas tree fell over which caused damage to my hardwoods. Rainbow came in, dried out the hardwoods and they went back to normal! After a storm flooded my basement in early January, they came to tear out the carpet and dry out my basement. And then today after my sick dog had accidents on the brand new carpet in the basement, they came in and cleaned the carpet! Now, my brand new carpet looks and smells brand new once again! They are always quick to respond. The technicians they send are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. And the owner has always been great to deal with. Anyone I know who has any sort of issue, I will always recommend Rainbow!!
