Tyler is quick and reliable once called Out during the snow storm. Even though he could not help our grease trap problem he spent his time trying to help us when he didnt have to. I highly recommend Tyler He was very courteous.

I live with my sister Shirl Davis and at first they didn't tell me what needed to be done, they may have told her but when the technicians were here they just did the work quickly and was out. I was left with noisy equipment and trip hazards everywhere. I wish they walked me through everything that was done before they left. I tripped and fell in the bathroom because I didn't know it was there.

Insurance brought them out there and I think they need to inform all of the residents what has been done other with a walk thru other than that 5 star experience after speaking with Tyler and his concern for my complaints I would recommend this company.

The staff at Rainbow Restoration took a personal interest in my case from start to finish. Corwin was very helpful and answered all my questions. Jeff routed my claim to a project manager quickly. Chad, the project manager, went above and beyond to ensure the flooring job was completed correctly. He even sent a cleaning crew to my house after the job was finished. I am grateful to Rainbow for restoring my house to even a nicer condition than before the water damage. I am pleased with the work done on my home and would definitely work with Rainbow again and recommend them to restore your home.

My property manager Brandon recommended Rainbow for my toilet overflow. They created an affordable price for me to get it handled. This is the best repair work I've ever seen and I have seen a lot. The technicians are professional, courteous, and my favorite - tidy! They cleaned up and put everything back after repairing everything. The owner and supervisor answered all my questions in detail. They all made sure that everything was perfect to the last detail. You can't tell that my ceilings ever leaked! I highly recommend Rainbow Restoration for any service of any size. They WILL make you whole!

Really satisfied with this company especially Tyler. He was really helping me in a hard time with my house damaged. Very accommodating to my sons who work night shifts.

Everything is quick service and trying to help the customer to see what is best for the customer. Tyler was after our safety and comfort and working for me and personalized without the feeling of being pushed without corporate pressure. Not pushy at all he had good customer service without being greedy for profit.

So far pretty good. Had a competitor restoration company come in to try to take the job but Tyler represented Rainbow nicely and professionally and wasnt mean about it when him and his company spoke with them. They work efficiently and have done right that's what they promised me with my home fire damage.I hear a lot of reviews from other companies where they rush work but Rainbow seems to work quickly with compassion.

I had concerns with my claim that is denied when I really don’t have the budget for this expense. Tyler showed great care and is advocating for me to try to get the denial reversed. I wanted him to do so prior to work since this can potentially save me 1000s of dollars if it is reversed from my pipe leak that caused water damage.

I am a tenant and we had a hot water heater malfunction that caused water damage in our kitchen and these guys responded immediately. They extracted all the water, removed the damaged cabinents and they even braced the sink so we could still use it, which made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.

They are professional, fast, and genuinely caring about the homeowner... you don’t find that often anymore. I highly recommend them to anyone needing restoration or emergency repair work!

They came out even though the roads were covered in snow and quickly got to work drying our home out after a leak. Sam, Andrew, and Tyler were so nice and helpful - would definitely recommend. (Our dog is even enjoying the dehumidifiers!)

The Rainbow team did a phenomenal job for us from start to finish. Sam, our Project Leader, was on-time for every agreed upon appointment. Sam was also extremely flexible to work with when we requested a scheduling change and was always respectful and friendly.

Regarding the physical work we needed completed: we had some water and mold damage behind our drywall in our
bathroom. They removed the damaged drywall, treated the mold, replaced the damaged drywall, and repainted the entire bathroom in a span of a few days. The finished work looks awesome and we couldn’t be happier!

Excellent customer service. Less than 3-4 hours Tyler was out here to take care of our water heater that spilled water everywhere. Our agent recommended him and his team at Rainbow. We are a part of Home Comfort Club at a local plumbing company that spoke highly of him as well. We are 78 and are happy that there are honest folks in our area taking care of us in our time of need! Technician would not listen as we explained our problem. He kept saying it was our room air conditioner kicking off the breaker. That was impossible since it has not been plugged in since last November. We asked him to check and see if we had any loose outlets. He checked by shining his flash light on them. When we tried to talk to him, he threw his hands up and left by slamming my door. I had to get someone else out to do the work.
