I think this company does good work, but the work they did for us we could have gotten done for 1/3 what they charged. They offer no transparency or decency when it comes to giving essential information to their customers about pricing. They gave us no hourly rate, itemized list, no ballpark figure before work, nothing at the end of the job when they left, just that they'd send an invoice. They didn't send it for 3 months and when they did, it included a late fee and a bill of over $1500, which was for adding 3 outlets and changing out one outlet from 3-prong to 2-prong. I've had the same amount of work done for $350. They charge $130/ hour, and they charge that for travel time, going to get materials, their lunch break...whatever falls within the window between them getting out the door of their office to finishing your job, they charge their full hourly rate for all of it. I will never use them again. After respectfully, disputing the invoice with Matt, I went to the office to pay it. When I told the woman at the office that this company is corrupt, she said "What company isn't corrupt?" Obviously, they know they are shady and their standards of practice are unethical and unfair for customers. I suggest hiring another company that has integrity.

An electrician showed up on time, reviewed the project requirements, submitted a quote with competitive material and labor cost. The same electrician led the overall project while two other electricians accomplished the work. The lead electrician coordinated with Duke Energy and the Electrical Inspector. The other electricians showed up on time, they were professional and they did a neat, clean job. I am pleased to Kenco a strong positive recommendation.

Did good work but beware of pricing insist I need a second grounding rod which was nonsense after talking with city inspector therefore bill was more than double their estimate had to pay for worker talking with boss for 15-20 minutes

The guys a Kenco were outstanding. From the coordination of work order, to the installation of an interlock kit and additional outlets, to the post installation service. I will go to them again for electrical needs.
