I never have written a review, but Kenco did a service upgrade for me, and they did a great job, stayed on the job till it was complete, cleaned up after work was done. They were professional and timely. This is coming from someone who has done electrical work for many years for a living and somewhat OCD. I did not have a single thing to nick pick. I want to give shot out to Josh, Matt and the other people who I can’t remember their names (sorry Ya!). If everyone did their job like Kenco employee’s life would be a lot easier. It feels like I don’t have the words to explain the quality of the worked performed by them. I as a rule I don’t recommend places or people, But I would Kenco.

Very happy with the service, both John & Mike. Very professional, explained what needed to be completed. Even flexible to add a couple outlets that was not on work order. Would definitely use again.

I am writing about our experience with Kenco. In January 2024 we had a power surge at our home that damaged some electrical panels on a Saturday. I called your company and Ken Edwards called me back. Ken sent two employees to our home on Sunday. Josh and Ceaser located the problem and explained to us what needed to be repaired and replaced. Over Sunday and Monday Josh and Ceaser were able to fix our meter box, install a new breaker box and repair all that the power surge damaged. Both Josh and Ceaser were very knowledgeable and very professionsal. We will recommend your company to my friends and family. So thankful for the quick response from Kenco.

They are a great group of guys. Came out same day after a tree fell knocking my power line down to my house and ripping my breaker box apart. Following day had it all put back together and ready for power. I recommend them to anyone!

Not only the best electricians that we have found since moving to the area, but also the best trades group we have ever encountered across our travels. Each tech who has been out has been fantastic. Will certainly only use Kenco moving forward.

Great experience today. I got stuck on wiring a smart switch on a 3 way circuit and called the experts. They came out quickly, resolved my issue and educated me in the process. Would recommend certainly use them again! Great job, guys!

I have used this company a few times for different things but this last time I feel robbed. It should not cost almost $400 to replace a 3 way light switch. Going forward I will find a different company for any electrical work

I appreciate the same day service and the job seems to have been done properly. The technicians were very pleasant and friendly.
However, they did not clean up one bit. For the price we were charged for labor you would think they would use a broom. Sawdust was left everywhere including all over and inside our washing machine.
I don’t mind that they borrowed my ladder but it would have been nice if they had returned it back upstairs where they found it.

Called to speak with someone. Everyone was rude. They transferred the twice call and no one was willing to provide their name to know whom im speaking with. I will move forward with another electrical company.

John and Michael were super. Friendly, competent, helpful with details about what was happening with the electricity in this old house.

We called Kenco to quote three additional electrical outlets to be installed on our sunporch and two additional GFCI outlets outside on our patio. They responded quickly and came out for a FREE quote (something that several other companies charge anywhere from $89-$99 to do). John and Mike were the two technicians that came to do the work and they did an excellent job, better than I anticipated.They were both friendly and professional and worked hard to get the job done properly and ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend Kenco Electric for any electrical needs you may have. We are very pleased!

My old house needed new wiring and Jacob and Fernando did an excellent job. Very professional and reasonably priced.

Made it look easy! Very nice technicians (J & J) helped efficiently troubleshoot an issue with some ceiling lights. Had to go into the attic to find the problem. They worked well together and effectively communicated the problem and resolution to me throughout their stay. They let me know they were on their way, were on time, and cleaned up before they left. I also thought the repair cost was very reasonable. I literally wanted to hug the both when they left. High five gents! High five Kenco! (BTW - repeat customer. It seemed easy to get an appointment also. Will use again if the need arises.)

I normally don’t take the time to do this, but Kenco went above and beyond and the technicians on site were great.

I asked for a 240V installation in my garage. Initially they were just going to run one wire to the garage, but after talking to a service manager, he suggested to add a 100A sub panel in the garage which would give more flexibility in the future for wiring. Although it was going to cost more to install with time/labor/equipment, he kept the price the same.

Additionally, the project took longer than expected after the technician went under the house, he noticed that there wasn’t a way to get the cables to the breaker box. They kept me updated throughout the installation and provided a solution that would make it easier in the future to do more wiring.

Came out looked at work to be done said would send a estimate have not heard from Tanner long at all and have called 3 or 4 times no return phone call vary disapponited.

Long Electrical has done a few jobs at our home and we have always been more than satisfied with the outcome. They have installed lighting in our garage, fixed a fan in our bathroom, installed a ceiling fan in my son's bedroom, put new lighting in my home office, put up new flood lights, you name it, they can do it. If we need it done, we will be calling on them to do it. Tanner's staff is polite, kind and reliable. They get an A+ in my book!

Seth arrived on time with the All Phase HVAC employees of Blue Rock Court and efficiently completed the electrical component of the Trane XR16 system. He very helpfully placed the GRCI outlet where I can reach it in case it has to be reset. I highly recommend him.
