Lyle was fantastic, he was very personable and made me feel much better about even needing services in the first place. It can be embarrassing to call and even ask for services but he made me feel like it wasn't a bad thing and could happen to anyone. I'm very happy with the services he rendered and glad to be an orkin customer now.

Our tech nick was very knowledgeable. He was very friendly. I felt like he went out of his way to do "extra" protection for our house. I've only seen 2 ants in the last 3 days. A mere pittance compared to the last 3 months! Highly recommend orkin. You won't be disappointed!!

After contacting Orkin early this morning and communicating the pest issues a representative informed me of two available openings in the afternoon to evaluate and treat the issues. Mom is pleased with the service delivered by the technician, Allan. He is courteous, kind and friendly and helpful bringing in a package left on front porch. Thank you, Orkin for assessing the problem areas and properly treating inside and outside. The open arrival time was set 2:00 - 4:00 pm and Allan arrived at 2:01 pm. Outstanding and prompt service! Great job Orkin, and thank you again for assigning Allan as the technician for this job site.

We've used Orkin for years, they are great. We recently moved to a new home, more in the country, and discovered a whole new variety of critters. When little red clover mites showed up, we gave them a call and they were here within 48 hours. So thankful for their prompt, friendly and thorough service.

Shawn did an amazing job explaining what he was doing! We just moved into our home and he was very patient, thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend their service!

We were given two time options for our annual termite inspection. We chose 10-12. At 12, no one had shown up or called. When I called Orkin, they said it had been switched to 12-2. No one told us they switched it. 12-2 comes and goes; no Orkin. I call again, and after multiple attempts, they get the local office, who say that the tech is on the way. I wait another hour; no Orkin. I call the next day. The person on the phone can’t get the, local office because everything goes to voicemail. He says he will bump it up to the regional office, but it may take 48 hours to get a response. Oh, and on the day of the appointment, I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was assured that one would call. You guessed it; no one ever called.
Postscript: Resolved to my satisfaction. Local service manager addressed all issues professionally and throughly.

Martin Hinsdale is very thorough and professional. He gave me much needed information on my property. He also worked around the needs of my renter who had to reschedule several times. Very good job!

The service rep was very friendly and answered all questions with a skill not seen very often. Very polite and friendly. Cared that we have dogs and cats. Ensured the products he used were pet friendly and even our pets were not bothered by his good nature.

They where VERY detailed, & professional.. made sure I was completely satisfied.. and Informed on all the services & said if I had ANY issues or concerns at all they would come out ((FOR FREE)) and resolve my problem. I think the prices are extremely reasonable for the all the services provided. The technician (David) was very professional and courteous! He went above & beyond! Would definitely recommend!!

The two technicians we had come out were great. Very knowledgeable about the pest problems and provided solutions with enough information for us to make a confident choice and remedy! We just started our Orkin Service a few months back. We are renting an older house that has had no previous pest control in place. There was some catching up to do but we have seen great results. Our technician has been Thomas since the start and I have to say that his customer care is absolutely top notch. His knowledge of insects and their behavior is very impressive and he knew exactly how to treat our specific problem pests. He is very friendly and has gone above and beyond to fix our problem. We asked for an emergency visit just recently and he was there in no time with extensive treatment outside and in. My view of this company has a lot to do with how he has helped us. I will also say that my experience with the other employees has also been a breeze and very friendly. Thank you guys, and good job.

Great experience, very pleasant and professional. Larry knew exactly what we needed and was very thorough in treating our home for pests. We were concerned initially about the materials being harmful to our pets but he reassured us that they were safe. Overall it was a very good experience and we are looking forward to continuing their service.

Very happy with our service! Our tech, Johnny is always very friendly, prompt and thorough. We have had zero indoor bug issues this winter as opposed to last year, prior to Orkin when we had spiders and stink bugs in the house on several occasions. They stand by their service and will come by between scheduled maintenance calls if you have any issues, but we've never needed to make that call! (We live in an old house with original windows and tons of trees around)

Have used this company for 2 years now and very pleased with their services. I call them to do sprayings twice a year around outside of house and in garage. Always on time, professional and accommodating. Great quality for the money. Highly recommend.

Our serviceman was prompt, polite, thorough, and informative when performing our general pest control and mosquito service. He went the extra mile and checked our crawl space for snakes after one was recently sighted. Would recommend! The only thing I have reservations about is their automated appointment system, which can sneak up on you. I recently got a notification on a Saturday night about a newly scheduled appointment for the following Monday morning. This time didn’t work for me and the office wasn’t open on Sunday to call and reschedule. I wish you could make and reschedule appointments through their website. But apart from this, their service is great.

Michael made 4 trips to my house, free of charge, to meet with me, inspect my home and discuss my needs and options. The technicians who came out to perform needed services, Ed and Chris, were very polite and professional. They arrived on time and worked diligently until the job was completed. I will definitely continue to use Orkin in the future.
