When I pointed this out, I was told it was on time, despite having discussed a different timeline. Key details from our meeting were missing or ignored from the design when delivered, requiring additional revisions had we decided to proceed. Poor communication and lack of attention to detail made this a frustrating experience. The company did at least begrudgingly agree to a partial invoice payment, which I appreciated as some acknowledgment of the situation.
