He made sure my fireplace was secure and in top shape by doing a thorough chimney sweep and cleaning. He also paid close attention to detail when doing little chimney repairs. My gas fireplace has also been cleaned, and it now appears and works like new. Additionally, Randy cleaned my air ducts and dryer vent, which improved the quality of the air in my house. ServPro Team Fosdick deserves a 5 star review for their mitigation and reconstruction efforts at our apartment community in Niles, OH. They are top notch from start to finish and will make it look like the loss never occurred, all while making you the customer feel comfortable with the process. Do yourself a favor and give them a call when disaster strikes.

We have a second floor laundry and our utility sink overflowed, dumping water into a half bathroom and kitchen below. Jasen came out to evaluate the situation. The next day Chris and Mason were in to do some demo and set equipment to dry the area. After a couple of days they were back to remove the equipment and Bob came out to begin assessment of repairs. Everyone was professional and courteous! Highly recommend!!

Our church suffered a huge fire in our auditorium and the rest of the church was covered in smoke and soot. Servpro came out that night and started to access the damage. They did a complete clean out and mitigation of our entire 27,000 square foot building within 20 days. The communication and attention to detail was outstanding.
