Constraction reviews in Akron, Ohio

The Pence Brothers are like a tornado in reverse!! They came to our house with a huge crew and stripped the existing aluminum, wrapped the house, and finished the job including all clean up the same day. And the house is a two story!! They are very detail oriented. I have used them for my house, my storage barn, and my mother's house. They have also strongly been recommended to many friends and family. They are very professional and courteous. And a trait you don't find much anymore today, they RETURN phone calls in a timely manner. Thanks Pence Brothers for your excellent work! We are so happy with our new deck and couldn’t have had a better team with Joe and his Sons! They did wonderful work and are very hard workers!
Our gutters were also replaced by another great person, very quick service and they look amazing !

Incredible work! Jacob helped through the entire process with insurance and helping us know what options we had to get our house prepared for the next 50 years. Professional group all around and fast.

After years of painting, patching and repairing it was just time to replace this old porch!! I researched local contractors and Pence Bros was highly recommended. I could not be happier with how it came out. Thank you so much, I absolutely love it ❤️!

Best in the business. Professional, courteous, timely, and the utmost integrity. Wouldn't consider doing business with anyone else after my experience with Pence. Truly top of the line. The roof is beyond beautiful , the experience was perfect, the cleanup was pristine. Thank you to you and your team!!!

They came out and fixed some lose siding that I had and did not charge me. It took him about 10 mins and it looks great! Did not try to up sell me on anything. Great job. Jacob Pence was courteous, friendly and introduced himself. Very pleased with their service and will call them for any future upgrades.

Pence Brothers came thru doing exactly what they said they would do. Insurance was not going to cover the cost of full replacement based on the initial report. Jeremy and Jacob assured me that they would get it covered. They went back and forth with my adjuster and got my entire house covered thru insurance. This included all the trim, soffits, gutters, down spouts and more. They even fixed the area under my deck that was not completed properly before we bought the home. Pence was extremely responsive and answered any all questions. The crew that worked on the house were great all very polite and professional. And if they did not know the answer to one of my questions they said so and found out the answer for us. Refreshing to work with a company that keeps it word and treats you with respect!

The Pence Bros did extensive work to my home a few years ago. And I have to say, everything looks as good as the day they finished the work. Everyone that contributed to the repair was hard working and extremely friendly. The Pence’s are knowledgeable and very honest. They will be my first call for anything that I need in the future.

Pence Bros was an absolute pleasure to work with. They helped navigate an insurance claim, provided guidance on design, and completed work perfectly- and even in winter months. I would highly recommend to anyone needing work done!

Great experience from start to end. Working with Jake and the rest of the Pence crew couldn’t have made this whole process any easier for me. From dealing with the insurance company to finished product, they exceeded my expectations! Professional group from top to bottom! Would easily recommend to anyone looking to get some work done.

Pence Bros. were recommended to us as we did our research for replacing our roof and siding. Jeremy and Jon were thorough in answering all our questions and they listened carefully to all our requirements. The roofing job was done and clean in less than a day, and the siding job was done and clean in four days. Both teams were courteous, professional, and accommodating. All our needs were met, and our home looks like a new home! We would recommend Pence Bros. to anyone considering exterior work on their home!

The Pence brothers did a wonderful job on our house, we love the color, they were quick and efficient. Also 7 months later we had something happen to a few pieces of our siding and they came back and fixed the siding at no extra cost. Thanks again Pence brothers, we are very happy with your work!

We were told by several other companies the damage we had would not be covered by our insurance company, Pence Bros went to bat for us and not only delivered an amazing roof, new insulation, gutters, downspouts soffits and more, they got most of the work covered. They left no stone unturned and there were absolutely no surprises along the way and there was constant communication, even on nights and weekends. Highly recommend using this family that sets the bar for honest, trustworthy contractors.

Pence Bros. replaced our roof and removed a dangerous chimney. They were very efficient, skilled and performed beyond our expectations. The roofers did a very good job of cleaning up when finished. Jeremy was extremely helpful. He handled all aspects of the project for us. I would recommend Pence Bros to everyone without hesitation.

Absolutely flawless!!
I needed to replace a front door on my home due to poor initial construction. Pence Brothers are professional, thorough and they care until the job is done. The price was reasonable for the amount of work entailed. If you call Pence Brothers FIRST, you won’t need a second opinion!

Pence Bros did an excellent job on our siding and gutter project. The crew was professional, efficient, and the quality of the work really shows. Everything was completed on time and the house looks fantastic. Highly recommend them for anyone needing exterior work!

Brett and Jackson did an excellent job replacing all our windows in our home. Our house is over 100 years old and they were the original windows. They were efficient, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would and worked consistently and proficient ly throughout the day and cleaned up afterwards.i would highly recommend these individuals and this company. Excellent work!

I had water intrusion around a dormer window. I called Jeremy after Pence Brothers did exceptional work residing my father-in-laws house. He stopped by two days later to take a look. He had to remove some siding to find the leak, but once he did he repaired the issue on the spot at no cost! This is way above and beyond expectation. He really dug in to find the issue rather than making assumptions. I had another contractor out earlier that morning that suggested replacing the window and other significant costly repairs. Very grateful that Jeremy found the root cause and took care of it on the spot. I will be reaching out to Pence Brothers for any and all future siding, roofing or window work.

Working with them has been a breeze and they completely transformed our house! Love it 😊 thanks pence! You guys are awesome

Edited to add my husbands words and some pics too:

When we bought our house some years ago, we knew it had so much potential and Pence Bros really brought that potential to fruition! We are in love with the transformation and could not be happier with the results. They got back to me immediately after I reached out to them when a strong storm took some siding off of our house and really assisted me with navigating the insurance process. It was really easy thanks to them. When they showed up to do the work, they were all so kind and professional, as well as quick and efficient. I could tell they really cared about their craftsmanship. With an extensive crew, they completed the work very quickly while maintaining pro level work. They went to great lengths to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with their services. Which we totally are!!! Our house is now quite a joy to look at and come home to. We would recommend Pence Bros over and over again, please be sure to contact them with any work you need completed to your home, whether it is siding, roofing, doors, window, or really any exterior work, they can handle it and handle it well. Be sure to choose Pence Bros for your future projects or repairs I know we will.
