After receiving multiple estimates, we decided to go with Summit for two reasons, and price was not one of them because they were definitely not the cheapest.

First, the inspection and estimate process was very smooth, and Jacob was not a high-pressure sales person, nor did he badmouth any competition like some of the other companies, which means a lot to me.

Second, the use of HEPA filters appealed to us to minimize the dust and the necessity to relocate pets during the project.

Without question, Dave, Tevin, Matt, and Steve (the team) provided service beyond my expectation of professionalism and the care they took of our personal belongings, furniture, and entryway into the workspace. These gentlemen were having fun and confirmed why I went with this company as they seem to love their job. In today’s world, this is a rare quality to see and experience. For me, this shows that this company cares about its employees and their customers.

This was an amazing experience, beyond my expectations and I can’t thank “the team” enough for their hard work and extended hours to get the job completed in two days!!

Gabe, Ricky, Daniel and Bob from Summit Basement Company were at my house for 3 days installing a sump pump system and putting in the moisture barrier wall system. These 4 men worked very well together, worked extremely hard, were very respectful, answered any questions that had arisen, and cleaned up everything once work was finished. I was very pleased with their work and the overall outcome of the entire system. It looks like a whole different space! I would highly recommend Summit Basement Company and these 4 individuals!

The team from Summit Basement was awesome. Dave arrived first and reviewed the project so that he could start and plan the day's work. The rest of the team arrived and Dave, Tevin (supervisor) and I again went over the project, expectations, timelines, etc. They put runners down on the floor from the basement, up the stairs and out the door. They also covered items in the rooms where they cut up the floor to minimize the dust. My office is in the basement, so I saw and heard a lot of the activity. There was no "down time". They worked hard and were professional, thorough and considerate. Lastly, Tevin and Dave made recommendations that I had not discussed with the salesman including one that eliminated the need for three discharge hoses (furnace and water softener) running 10 - 40 feet to the sump pump. They installed connections to the waterproofing system so the water can drain to the sump pump through the system shortening the amount of hoses running through multiple rooms in the basement. Finally, Dave and Tevin were very patient explaining the technical components of the job to me...sometimes multiple times until I understood what they were saying/proposing. I definitely recommend this company....from Jeff the salesman, to the office team, and the crew that did the work...the whole company delivered high quality service.

I highly recommend Summit Basement. Very professional company. They did waterproofing and added a sump pump in my basement, The technician and workers were hard working and did great work. They made sure that the floors and carpet were covered and thus there was no mess. I wish I could remember the technician in charge but have to say he and all of the workers were exceptional.

I live in a nearly 200 year old home with fieldstone basement and it needed more than tlc work. From quote to completion the everything has been painless. Jeff came out and provided a through step by step process without pushing an up-sale in services. the price was VERY reasonable for the work. The construction team of Bob, Dan, Rick lead by Gabe end up doing 8 concreted beams, wall encapsulation, a sum pump channel and installation over three days at the end of December ending in new years eve. they were great, always willing to answer questions through the work, even left the basement cleaner than what it was! definitely glad I went with them for this.

Tevin and his crew did a wonderful job for me the explained what they were going to do and if I had any questions they answer them all I'm very satisfied with the work they done inside and outside they were very respectful and they cleaned up after they were done through the entire job so thank you Jeff and tevin and the crew for taking care of me.

Jeff was awesome, gave an estimate on fixing my concerns while pointing out other concerns in the process, then gave a combined total to knock out everything needed. We set an appointment date, they showed on time, showed respect to my home and made sure everything was done professionally. I am satisfied with their work and would recommend them to others.

I am very pleased with the service provided. The crew was courteous and professional. Tevin the foreman communicated clearly what they would be doing, and did a quick walkthrough at the end of each day. He was patient answering questions and responsive to my requests. He also came back after the weekend to check on things and connect the sink and fixed a minor unexpected issue with the hose from the washer. The team worked in very cold temperatures and didn't complain or delay the work.

The city inspected the first part of the work before concrete was poured, and the inspector stated that this was one of the nicer jobs they had inspected.

Excellent, professional company to work with. The crew of Gabe, Rickey, Dan and Bob just completed an interior waterproofing job for us. What a group of hard working, professional men. They were prompt, hard working all day and got the job done when we were told it would be done. Gabe went over everything when they were done and they cleaned up well. What a process! We were amazed at all the hard work and steps that went into it. Worth every penny! Chris the owner has so much integrity. He was in contact with us from start to finish and handled everything in a courteous, professional manner. Do not hesitate to hire this company, you will not regret it. They are the best! Tevin and his crew installed 100 feet of interior drainage trench and approximately 30 feet of discharge pipe over the course of three days. They performed their tasks with notable skill and experience and accommodated my repeated visits to check-in on progress. Tevin provided me satisfactory answers to my questions and the installation went according to the quoted plan. I was pleased with the plumbing they did to navigate existing sanitary piping. I have significant experience doing plumbing work and have higher standards and I think they met my expectations. I was also happy with their daily cleanup and final site cleaning. I would recommend Tevin and his team for any similar project again.

Very happy with the service and work performed by Summit Basement company. Gabe and Ricky were professional and highly efficient. They fixed our leaking wall in a couple hours and took the time to clean up all the dust from their work. Highly recommend this company for all your waterproofing needs!

I would recommend this company to everyone I know! Dylan was hands on from the estimate process and saw us through to the end. He answered all of our questions along with reassurance when we found additional issues. Our installers were polite, courteous, well informed, and did a fantastic job! Kira in their office is fantastic at keeping you updated and made the payment process seamless. I have future foundation work to be completed and will be working with them again!

This company did a fantastic job with our home. We had water coming in from the corner of the basement. Gabe, Ricky, Dan, and Bob completely fixed my basement in a day and were great. The arrived earlier than expected and completed the job by the afternoon. The pricing was also very fair and reasonable. If we have more problems down the line I would definitely use them again. I have a PumpSpy dual sump pump system with backup battery. My primary sump pump failed, so I reached out for help. Jeff was sent to assess the issue and provide a quote. He was very personable and took the time to explain everything they would do in detail. He also arranged to have someone on-site the next day.

Tevin arrived promptly, got right to work, and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. Now I’m back to 100% and can rest easy knowing my backup pump won't struggle to keep my basement dry alone through the spring rainy season. I’m very happy with the service I received. The Summit Basement Company came out to my property to evaluate a basement wall with a crack and slight bow. They gave me a fair estimate on 5 carbon fiber straps to secure the wall. On the day of the scheduled work they contacted me with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time and completed the quickly and cleanly. Again, very happy.

Between the sales team, the prep team and the install team. Everything was very professional and well set. Everyone was very skilled at what they do and were very polite and were able to get information when questions were asked. When everything was finished Tyler Hachat from the sales team called and checked in on the how everything worked out.

I can’t say enough good things about Summit Basement Company. I have an old century home with brick pillars which support the porch roof. One of the pillars appeared to be sinking but there were also issues with the decking so it was difficult to be certain if this was a structural issue or an issue with just the decking. Jeff came out to assess and was very forthright and honest about his assessment. Jeff showed me exactly where the house was still level, and that the issue wasn’t structural but rather a problem with the decking. I had the a few of the “big name” foundation companies out and they assured me that I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix the issue. Jeff saved me thousands on ann unnecessary repair and gave me peace of mind with his thorough assessment, which he didn’t even charge me for. He even offered to take a look at my basement and offer suggestions while he was there. Ultimately the house got a clean bill of health and needed no major foundation work. Jeff was open, honest, an expert in his field, and did not try to take advantage of a homeowner who couldn’t figure out if he needed to spend thousands or not. Thank you Jeff and the Summit Basement Company! While we ultimately did not end up doing business with them, we would do so in a heartbeat. Thanks again!

Our salesman Jeff Baer was amazing, very knowledgeable even about our old farmhouse foundation. And the crew that was here, were amazing! Fast, courageous and friendly. I went down to clean up after them….no clean up needed they removed the plastic that was covering our things, they swept and moved a few things so we could move around and took their garbage with them. They all deserve at least a $100 bonus. Wow great work and no clean up for me. Would definitely recommend this company for sure! Great job guys keep up the great work! Added a couple before and a couple after.
