Coit did a good job with cleaning the carpeting and the price point was just about right. The technician, Taylor, arrived on time and was professional and pleasant i felt comfortable having him in my home.

Got furnace duct cleaning. Polite worker, efficient, knowledgeable. Showed us before & after pictures. Great job!

Was very happy with the furniture & Carpet cleaning. I was however a little disappointed that the young man did not have the product with him to do the grout, we ordered at the same time as carpet cleaning. 8/30/2025 Got the Grout done today, very happy with the carpet cleaning & Grout cleaning!!!!!!! We'll be using Coit again!!!!!

the representative did a good job with the cleaning of both of our pieces of furniture. We needed him to come back in to help reconnect the electrical part of the couch and move the couch back to the wall ( I had hernia surgery and could not).. he did it without hesitation and all was good

Ryan is an excellent technician, very friendly… I think the couch looks even better than the last time! Which was really good too, but honestly my couch is looking new again. And my cat Izzy is also thrilled for a newly clean couch and chair to throw up on again. lol… So we’ll see you all in another year! Thanks for the easy, uninterrupted cleaning process (I took a work meeting during the whole thing!) and seamless scheduling process, too. See you next year!

Nate got here right on time and, after some discussion, got straight to work. He advised us that the carpet was NOT in the best shape and could use replacement. Upstairs and downstairs were done in a reasonable time and at a decent price. Once again, COIT got it done and done properly.

We had 2 Services from COIT and are very impressed! Very professional, friendly, thorough, took the time to answer questions and explain processes. They cleaned and sanitized our duct work & dryer gent in whole home and then cleaned, sanitized and protected our carpets. Job very well done!

Mike did a great job cleaning my carpets. Arrived on time, great attention to detail, reasonable quote upfront, great suggestions to improve lasting results.

Jordan was efficient & personable. He explained all he was doing. Job was thorough & clean. I couldn't believe how filthy my duct system was. He has great equipment to suck out all debris & covered all old Asbestos tape with new tape that won't turn powdery like asbestos. Jordan showed me pics of before/after ducts. What a difference & eye opener. He recommended I have ducts cleaned every 2-3 years. He finished up job & everything was left spotless. He also moved furniture to get to some of my registers & cleaned the dryer vent. He even blew dust fr my bath fan all while being followed all over by my pesky dog. I feel like I'm breathing much better & am a very satisfied customer for life to Jordan & Coit.

Unbelievable service and perfection. After our house fire and restoration, COIT came in and cleaned eight very expensive, midcentury, and unique couches. One was linen, one was cashmere, and two were velvet, but all eight were filled with light down, so the task was a very difficult one and required specialized cleaning. Mike was a true professional and treated every piece as though it was his own, and the results were amazing. The furniture looks new, and he restored the beauty that typically fades during normal use. His professional attitude and total dedication to the job was an awesome experience, and we will have him back for routine maintenance on our furniture. Thank you, Mike, and COIT for such an incredible job. We will definitely request you again!!!

The BEST! So impressed by the sales consultants and both technicians that came out. We had all our ducts cleaned, air conditioner and couch deep cleaned. And it all smelled so fresh and clean! Both guys that came were extremely courteous and respectful. Would recommend to everyone and will definitely be using them again.

Upholstery, Capet and Stairs cleaned to perfection by Mike. Husband impressed with high traffic areas especially Stairs. Thanks Mike and Coit for stopping my husband from nagging me, 😆 🤣

Both the sales person and cleaning crew were very polite and arrived at the time given. Our carpet looked nice when completed, except for a spot we seen the next day that was missed. I called customer service and they are sending someone back out to correct the problem. I honestly think the pricing was alittle high.
