Absolutely the best tree company I have used! Very professional, from quote to completion! Also, the care, clean up, along with an excellent group of professionals - our neighbors were standing and watching as this was an extremely large tree. The best!

What a terrific company to work with. The office personnel was great. Got back to us very quickly and we had our quote within a couple days. We had two large trees taken down. The crew was awesome! Very professional and friendly. Worked together and had trees down in about 3 hours. My grandsons loved watching it all happen. They cleaned up the yard and street very well. Could not even tell they had been there. We also had stump grinding which they told us could be in a few days. They were here the next day. Was very impressed. Would highly recommend Hercules Tree Service if you have any trees to take down or trim. Thank you so much for your help!

I had a very difficult tree removal. Access was limited and tree was all over my house. Hercules was the only company that was able to do out of the 8 company’s I had out to look at it. The other company’s didn’t have the giant crane that was needed to do the job. Hard workers and highly recommended.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service Hercules Tree provided. The estimate was fair and the service was prompt. The employees were courteous and professional. We would definitely recommend and use their service in the future.

Great communication the whole time, the crew is skillful and polite, took time to prepare the area so they won't damage the yard or the driveway. They have a pretty good equipment, they did the job right and clean up after. Highly recommend.

Cut trees on my property that should not have been cut. Was told they are going to pay bill for the internet line they broke. Was told payment was going to be processed and now calls and txt are going unanswered. Would not recommend.

I had a monster tree to take down at one of the rentals I manage. It was 4' across at the base, with huge, twisted, almost-dead limbs running through all the wires at the street. These guys were amazing, professional, and fast. Cleanup was meticulous, and they were very accommodating when I asked them to move the trunk they'd already placed on the ground. They even brought a phone line up higher off the ground for me. Plus their price beat out the other two quotes I got (including from the tree guy I've been using for the past six years). I couldn't be happier!

Crew showed up at 8, and by the time I got there at 9 they already had two large trees removed and chipped and had made good headway on the third. Job was done in record time and cleanup was meticulous. They even cleaned up the small amount of debris that fell in my neighbor's yard. I can't say enough about their professionalism and teamwork. These guys love their jobs and are good at it. Plus their price was the most reasonable of the quotes I'd gotten. I've had tree work done by companies that have been in business for 30+ years, and these guys are as good or better.

Today the guys removed several huge trees for the residence across from me on Crescent Dr in Firestone Park. They worked all day and did an awesome job. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up. I would highly recommend them.

I am so happy that I was able to hire this company to handle my big tree. We had to reschedule the first date because the climber wasn't experienced enough to attempt the tree. The owner assured me that he would return and make sure it got handled. On the second scheduled date the crane company didn't know how to operate the machine so the owner himself took it down by hand in record time. The guy chipping brush and cleaning up were wonderful. I was nervous because the tree was very large but the owner made it look so simple. Everything was done very safe and i saved almost 10,000 dollars. I have two more trees for them in the future!!!!

They removed a huge oak from my house in Akron. Very professional and safety oriented as it was, as you can see from pics, right next to a busy rd in town. (Traffic control was used) They were as careful as possible at my request to avoid the neighbors yards as I didn't want to inconvenience my neighbors as other companies were going to do if they did the job. The guys working took time to chat and the communication from their office was great. Price was very reasonable for the task they had to do to remove a tree this size and in such a tough location. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I arrived home in time for the final cut! Never been so happy to see a tree gone!! Thank you!

I had 2 huge 70'+ Maple trees hanging over wires that had ant damage and needed safely removed. I requested all the wood be placed on the ground so we could cut it to our liking and remove only the brush. The quotes from several other companies were much more.

The tree crew came out on time and got right to work. They stacked the cut limbs neatly in piles. They cleaned up the yard nicer than it was when they arrived. All the workers were very professional and respectful of my property. I am so relieved the dangerous trees are down and extremely pleased with the end result!

I plan on having them do my huge trees in the backyard.

Had an emergency on a Sunday morning with a large tree split and partially fallen onto the garage, yard and power/cable lines in our backyard. Tina answered the call and got an expert out to survey the damage and get us on the schedule for first thing in the morning. Adam assured us the house was in no danger and that all would be good once crew got there. 8am the trucks arrived and the crew went to work placing the crane in the neighbors driveway and bringing the Spider bucket up the drive to take care of business. We were amazed at how quickly and efficiently the removal went. Highly recommend Hercules for all your tree needs, especially for an emergency situation!! Thank you for everything!

The crew was great.very polite and asked questions if they had them. Cleaned up well. Only criticism was tire tracks thru the backyard and it got pretty muddy. They do warn you about this in advance however. Office receptionist was very responsive and friendly. Weather was not cooperative for an earlier date but a break in the weather enabled the trees to be trimmed. Happy with Hercules!

I contacted Hercules after they cut a tree in my front yard to access a neighbors yard. I reached out interested in getting a quote for tree trimming/removal in my backyard as well as to clean up the branches they left hanging in the front yard. At first things were great - someone came out to assess my trees, told me there was no immediate need to clean anything up in the back, but they would provide an itemized quote if I wanted to take care of some things when the trees were dormant. They also said they would come out and clean up the branches they cut in my front yard at their next convenience (next time they were in the area). But this was 2.5 weeks ago. Below is the tree in the front yard still with a broken hanging branch, and a tree in my backyard they told me they were not concerned about. I've called several times over the 2.5 weeks to get my full quote and an update on when they can fix the broken tree, but still can't get an answer.

EDIT: In response to your reply, I respectfully ask to be left out of your church. However, I’m more than happy to show you the property lines, where it’s clear that the branches removed were entirely within my lot. I completely understand the importance of emergency services, my primary concern is the lack of professionalism displayed by your company. This includes failing to return any phone calls or emails and the incorrect diagnosis of the tree, which subsequently caused thousands of dollars in damages less than two weeks after your specialist inspected it. I believe this highlights a significant lapse in your service. Since you seem religious, I will pray to Buddha, Allah, and Krishna that this feedback helps improve your processes in the future :)
