The technician expertly handled the cleaning of the ductwork and then also cleaned the dryer vent at a great price. Very friendly and personable but also worked quickly and efficiently. Also great advice provided to eliminate dust and allergens. A pleasure to have working here!

Got my ducts cleaned. Both the person who came out to give me a price and the person who came by to clean them were very professional. Equipment was well maintained and he triple checked everything. I’m not sure if the price was fair or not because I never had these ducts cleaned before so I won’t really say anything about that.

We have used Coit for many years to clean both carpet and furniture. We always felt they did a better job than other services we had in the past. This year our service for furniture cleaning from cleaning specialist Santos Gutierrez was FANTASTIC! He is definitely the most thorough and professional technician we have had in years. Highly recommend.

I had a rug picked up snd cleaned. My expectations were returned low based on how the rug looked. After the cleaning from COIT the rug looks brand new. Very pleased. The gentleman who picked up and dropped off was very friendly. Highly recommend COIT!

Guy who came was alone so it was a harder job 4 him. He did all the carpet in the whole house plus furniture. He did a perfect job. We could not b more pleased. Coit also did a perfect job on our drapes.

I was able to get my Area rug cleaned in a timely manner. I appreciated the pick up and delivery service. Also the notifications as to when they would come to my home. Unfortunately, after the rug was cleaned and put into place there is a hump in the middle of the rug. The delivery person said that it would smooth out. However, after five days, it is still apparent. I’m hoping that it eventually does smooth out.

Rob was a pleasure to work with, he was very polite, well mannered, explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. The house we just purchased had dogs and cats and all the duct work, vents and cold air returns were HORRENSOUS! First of all, my drapes and border look fantastic. They are clean and beautifully pressed. That being said, my COIT representative was Bill. He is fantastic. When you send an expert, customers appreciate it when you send the goat, customers appreciate it. Not only was he professional, he was gregarious and fun to work with. I want to tell you that you have a gold star employee there. I wouldn’t even call him an employee, I would call him part of the COIT family. We had our granite counters cleaned, sealed and polished. Our ducts and all carpets cleaned. Technicians were terrific, house looks and feels great.

Keon did a great job!! He was cheerful, seems to enjoy his work, and very responsible. He called to ask if we would mind him coming earlier in the afternoon than our scheduled appt. I was shocked at how clean he got the carpets at our doors! They all look great and our couch looks new again. And we caught to sale so the price was good, as well! I am COIT loyal!! Linda

We had a wonderful experience with COIT. Shawn was so personable and gave us our duct cleaning quote explaining everything to be done. Then we asked about furniture cleaning. He quoted that and actually had time to do our recliner and chairs right then! The duct cleaning and dryer vent were done two days later by Nick. All jobs well done! Thanks so much! We will call COIT for rug cleaning and other services in the future for sure!!
