Chris and his team are fantastic and so knowledgeable! They have cleaned outdoor cushions, all of our couches and almost all of our area rugs and stairs. They are truly experts in their field and we will use them as our only carpet cleaning service going forward.

I had Excel clean an 8 x 10’ rug that I have had for about 7 years. My dogs wet on it and I tried to clean it with my carpet cleaner.i really like the color and design of this rug and people comment on how they like it with my decor. I was not hopeful of Excel bringing it back to life. I am grateful to say the rug looks brand new and even the stains on the back of the carpet are gone. Thank you for restoring my rug.

Chris and his team are respectful, knowledgeable, and take great pride in their work. Our technician, Kevin, was especially attentive and thorough—he carefully cleaned all of our office spaces and most of the furniture in the house with great care and attention to detail.

Best carpet cleaning ever!! We did not think they would be able to get the stains out of our stairs runner…. It was a beige runner and was heavily stained…. We were thrilled with the results!! We will definitely be using them again!!

Fantastic service as always from the team at Excel. Booking with Stephanie is super simple, and she promptly suggested times that would work well for me, and the appropriate tech to perform the job. A courtesy call prepared us for on-time arrival, and after walking the area (our basement) Owen quickly got to work. Professional, efficient, and personable - the basement is now super clean and ready for paint. We've used Excel in the past for carpets and stairs and they always do a terrific job.
