When recently visiting my daughter, my dog got into a powdered candy that left a very colorful stain on her brand new carpet. We attempted to get it up but did not want it to set-in. I got a referral from a local friend and went online to book a service ASAP. They had availability the next business day and were able to quote me over via the online system. I got email communication confirming the appointment and paid a $39 deposit. Andrew call about 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and let me know he was on his way. He was cheery and professional. He assesed the carpet and understood my concern for not wanting to pay for a cleaning and then have to replace the carpet. He said he felt he could probably get it out and got straight to work. It was awesome. The carpet looks great as does the other carpet he offered to clean as a part of their 3 room package. And the price was terrific. I would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning. Thorough fast and friendly, all at a good price. In my book that's five stars.

I used this company to steam the carpets throughout my house. The tech who came out, Andrew, was very polite and wasted no time getting them cleaned.
He did the job in a timely manner and answered any questions I had, I am pleased with the results. My carpet looks as new as the day I first moved in, and the price for the job was reasonable.
I will say however, the stated dry time of 4-6 hours given is not accurate. It took all day and overnight for the carpet to completely dry out, even with regular airflow from my furnace.
I recommend this company for any carpet cleaning jobs you might have, I will be using them as my primary cleaning company going forward.

Excel carpet and tile cleaning literally saved my couches. My custom made couches were only a few years old made with a high performance fabric. No matter what I used to spot clean it- it would marble and they looked terrible. I called Excel and spoke with Stephanie and Chris who felt very confident that they could save my couches. Thesent out Kevin who came in and diagnosed the problem immediately. I left for work and whe time I got home I was blown away. They look brand new! They have cleaned my carpets for years- now they will be cleaning my couches too!

We R Clean and Clear washed our house and gutters today! They did a wonderful job. I called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Anthony and they got the job done today! Anthony and his crew were very friendly, accommodating and helpful! We live in the country in Brimfield, and deal with lots of dust, pollen, mold, etc. and they made it all vanish. I will definitely be using them again and recommending this company to friends!

My garage was so dirty - lots of black under the soffit and gutter pipes. Rest of vinyl siding had green algae on it. My garage looks great now! Able to remove it all.
