Just had a top notch experience with Stanley Steemer and specifically their technician, Ryan. The appointment was easy to schedule online, they sent text reminders then a notification when the technician was on the way (including what time he would arrive), and then Ryan showed up. From the moment he greeted me he was professional, helpful, and very informative. He offered a service package that was too good to pass up, and the cleaning he performed was neat, efficient, and perfectly detailed. Cody and Aaron did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. They listened to my concerns & went over & beyond cleaning the carpet & I couldn’t be more pleased. Always a pleasure to Cody come and he always does a great job.

They always do an outstanding job. The service is excellent. The tech Tyler is so pleasant and really explains what he is doing. I request him each time now. I would never have another company clean my carpets.

Tyler went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what would be best for our sectional and carpet. Our home smells so clean and fresh and our sectional and carpet already looks brand new and it’s not even dry yet! We will definitely be using Tyler again! He’s very thorough and so kind! Our technician Ryan was punctual, professional, and courteous. He explained the treatment, ask questions, and determined the safest way to bring equipment into our home. He worked quickly, showing the difference in the carpet with the tablet images. What a difference!!! I recommend S.S. to anyone getting estimates from other carpet cleaning companies that are outrageous. The price was affordable, all done online, and communication via text.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Stanley Steemer’s air duct cleaning team! They were so nice, professional, and thorough from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Tim and Dave, ask for them when you book!

Not only did they make everything look spotless and beautiful, but they were also honest and transparent. They actually reduced the original quote because some of the work turned out not to be necessary, that kind of integrity is rare these days!

To top it off, Dave even offered to let us borrow his personal ladder from home so we could install our new filters ourselves. Talk about going above and beyond!

Stanley steamer and especially Troy did an outstanding job. Pre-spotting, cleaning everything, the carpet came out like new. This carpet is 17 1/2 years old!! Very respectful of all of the furniture, all the walls, the woodworking everything. I would definitely hire them again. I've used them a number of times in the past.

Kurtis & Jacob were very friendly and explained the whole process. Doing some improvements in my home I noticed how dirty my vents for heating/A/C were. So I called Stanley Steamer as I had used them for carpet cleaning. They took before and after pictures of my ductwork. I am so incredibly pleased with results. They cleaned everything up and left no mess of any kind. My home feels so clean I am just so happy! I would recommend Kurtis and Jacob to family and friends.
