We purchased a home with a lingering odor from previous pets. Akrosteam took the time to walk us through the process and made us feel confident in their approach. They thoroughly cleaned our LVT and concrete slab, clearly going the extra mile consistently to make sure the odors became a distant memory. Akrosteam is the absolute best! I’ve used them several times myself, and refer them to friends and family often! Don’t fall for the cheap whole home specials others advertise….just call Lee and his team and you won’t be disappointed. They’re not the cheapest, but they’ll get the stuff out of your carpets and upholstery that the discount cleaners leave behind. They do everything correctly, the first time! Communication is excellent, and quality is exceptional.

We had Akronsteam clean tile floors in our bathroom and kitchen. They responded quickly to our request for a quote. Chris was on time for appointments, was friendly and professional. The grout and tile in our kitchen, hallway and laundry room is light and the grout especially showed darkened areas from traffic and time. The flooring is bright and like new again, and with being sealed, we hope to maintain it for a long time. We've also had Akrosteam clean carpet for us in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone.

First time using them and Akrosteam Carpet was great. They arrived on time, did a thorough job cleaning rugs and sofa for a good price. I will continue to use them in the future.

Chris came over for the estimate and explained everything in great detail. During day of he was very professional and took great care to ensure I knew what he was going to do and ensured that no damage would happen to the house while he was working. He was thorough and at the end explained everything he was able to accomplish and what might need some more attention later on. I highly recommend akrosteam and will certainly use again in the future. Very pleased with the work and how diligent he was in getting up all the normal and pet stains before we moved into our new home!

Akrosteam was one of the best things we did for the home we just moved into. The carpets were perfect and the whole house smelled clean when they were done. Chris was easy to communicate with, prompt, and professional. The crew was professional and efficient, called me to check in, and locked my house up when they were done. Very trustworthy and reliable people. No, it is not cheap, but this kind of quality work is an investment. Spend the money.

I would highly recommend Akrosteam for all of your floor cleaning needs. Not only did they clean our carpets but they also stripped, waxed and buffed the tile floors here at our fire station. Our floors see a lot of foot traffic everyday and wear quickly. Akrosteam responded to our needs and made a huge difference in the overall cleanliness of our fire station. Amazing communication, fast service and honest!!! Highly recommend for all of your carpet/upholstery/mattress cleaning needs. Chris was so helpful - we’ve used other companies before and had a really bad experience. Chris walked us through all that would be done and the results we could expect. He takes great care in the work he does! Will definitely use again!

Chris is very professional, responsive, and helpful. He did a fantastic job cleaning out the carpets and putting in a deodorizer. He was very easy to get in contact with and I had no issues scheduling an appointment. He even recommended a better solution and was honest about his pricing. He is fantastic and would definitely recommend!

A reliable job well done. I've been using AkroSteam for more than 10 years on commercial carpet cleaning & hard floor cleaning projects. They do a great job every time. I know that I only have to make one call and they'll handle all the rest. They work well with our tenants and their guests. I haven't ever received a complaint that the carpet cleaners were in the way or causing any issues. I highly recommend.

These guys do amazing work! We have a large house that is a rental and our last tenant lived there for 8 years and never ran a vacuum. We had pretty much decided the carpeting was beyond help and was going to replace it all until a friend recommended that we give Akrosteam a try. They did UNBELIEVABLE work! The carpets look amazing! Some of the stains were really bad and we had no hope that they would come clean, but they did! They treated some of the stains with 2 different types of stain removers. They worker really hard on our carpets, and we were very impressed! They offered to come back and treat anything a second time if needed. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them for their great customer service and product!

I would highly recommend this company! First off, they accommodated my needs on very short notice. Second, the work done by Lee was nothing short of meticulous. He was very kind and knowledgeable and accommodating (I have a cat that needed to be treated a little sensitively as she doesn’t like strangers). Third, Lee also went above and beyond to make my new home more enjoyable for me by helping out with my porch carpet. To say that I was thrilled with the work and the service I received would be an understatement. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them on google and I suggest you do the same. This will be my “go-to” company for these types of services hence forth and I will happily recommend them to friends, family, neighbors and the like. So I was told that my cushions probably wouldn’t look like new again but that they would try the best they could and would I like to proceed anyway? I figured why not, since a quote to re-cover them was $3,000. Well, not only did they exceed my expectations-but my cushions do look like new. They were very professional and done in a timely manner.
