I was surprised I was able to get on the schedule before the holidays. More surprising, we just cleaned our own carpet about a month ago (just main 2 rooms), I could not believe the amount of dirt that was lifted from the carpets. Troy and Ron were the crew that came out. They arrived on time, very polite and professional. I walked them through the house and let them do their thing. The house looks and smells amazing. I’ve used other companies in the past but never got the results we did with Stanley Steemer. I will be using them again and highly recommend!

I've been a customer of Stanley Steemer since 1995. Getting "clean" 🤣 for the holidays. Today I had one of the nicest, friendliest, thorough , efficient young man clean 3 areas for me. Romelo did an excellent job from start to finish. Pretreated areas, took great care of moving things, worked on pricing for me and the carpet looks fantastic! Will request him next time and recommend him highly!

Scott did an amazing job cleaning my couch loveseat and 2 swivel chairs. They look brand new !!

Kurtis and David were extremely professional and very friendly. They answered all of our questions and took the time to not only listen but have thoughtful conversation. They gave us recommendations for our furnace and maintenance companies. I will be recommending them to everyone that asks.

Cody and Tyler were very nice and professional. They worked very efficiently and made sure everything was protected. It looks great can't wait until it's dry.

Anthony from Stanley Steemer was absolutely great to work with!! Very knowledgeable about the stains I had and worked really hard to get them out! Very respectful and just a generally nice guy!! I’ll definitely be asking for him in future cleanings!!! I’m in the plan so anything extra is 20% discounted!!

Chase and Blake from the Akron branch did a wonderful job. They showed up on time, were polite, professional, and made our 7 year old furniture look much younger! Money well spent to turn the clock back on our sectional and love seat in our family room so we can get more years out of it. Strongly recommend these guys and doing the deodorant and protection packages on top of the cleaning.

Stanley steemer is my preferred cleaning service, this is my second time using them. They offer so much at a reasonable rate! Staff is always friendly and super helpful. Today I had Matt and Ronald, you bet that after moving into our new home I will be calling to request them again for additional services!

Matt and Cody were both polite, thorough, personable, and informative. I had a high traffic area that was very dirty and they worked to get it back to its original color. I also had a light gray sectional that was cleaned, and it came out pretty nice! I’m already booking my next appointment and requesting the same crew!

Christian and Aaron did an amazing job at our home, we had 2 floors of carpets cleaned and a recliner. They couldn’t have been any more friendly and professional! Definitely recommend!

Your staff were excellent and did a great job cleaning our carpet and rugs. They also took time to explain what they were doing and advised us on how to keep our rugs and carpet well maintained.

These 2 young men did a wonderful job! They were very friendly and knowledgeably answered my concerns. The price was fantastic compared to my other estimate by about a third! Would definitely recommend!

I am a landlord. I just evicted a tenant partly because of how filthy their apartment was and cannot believe what a beautiful job Stanley Steemer did on that carpet. It was so filthy in some places you couldn't even tell what color it was. The gentleman told me what to expect he was very realistic about how very filthy the carpet was.And what tea expected to be able to do. He described certain spots that there was not a lot of hope for and asked me what I was hoping to get out of having the carpet cleaned. He was very clear, very professional and he surprised me with how well the carpet came out. He also told me about other services offered, like patching the carpet in a place where it had ripped. The service was worth every time I paid.

The gentlemen were very nice professional punctual they did an excellent job. My ductwork was horrid. I’ll be the first to admit it and been 30 years since we had had it done since we had our last furnace put in. I have been educated 3 to 5 years is the recommendation and that will be followed. Very happy with their services.

Both men were very polite and did an amazing job. Everything came out even better than I thought it would. Got a very large room, stairs, a loveseat, and 2 chairs all cleaned, deodorized, and protect for a great price.

My couch looks better and both gentleman were great from the start. They had already read the note I had left them prior to coming so they knew my dog’s name and were friendly to both me and my dog. The one gentleman was even clearing snow off my sidewalk when they were leaving. I’d recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Jayden was very attentive and listened to what needed done. My sectional really needed a face-lift. He made it look almost new again! Much cleaner and brighter. He was also very respectful as far as paying attention not to bump my newly painted walls. The corner protectors work very well also.Thank you.
