I don’t typically leave reviews but this company deserves way more than 5 stars! I am so happy and grateful that I found Akrosteam to come clean my apartment. They were so quick and professional, and Christopher was so nice and a genuinely good guy. I would highly recommend Akrosteam to clean your carpets; it looks good and smells really nice. They still smell freshly cleaned, and they look amazing. They got all the stains out that were driving us crazy to see. Highly highly recommend. We’ve used Akrosteam quite a few times and they have always been professional, on time and done an excellent job. When finished, the carpeting has always looked great. We’ve recommended them to several of our friends.

Akrosteam was very professional and accommodating in cleaning the carpet in a rental I own. The removed the grease marks from tenant dragging bike into apartment, where you couldn't even tell there was black marks on the carpet. The various other spots were removed and carpet looked as good as new. In addition, the whole place smelled fresh. I will definitely use them for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

Our carpets had developed some very strong stains. Akrosteam serviced them promptly removing the stains and cleaning the rest of the carpets. Their mannerisms are polite, professional, and arrive promptly on time. I would definitely recommend them.

I used Akrosteam to clean carpet in a duplex I purchased from an elderly person that over the years developed many stains that I didn't think could possibly be removed. Not only did they clean the carpet better than I thought, I have to say they were very communicative, very knowledgeable, and punctual. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. There 'is a difference' between what they do and renting a machine and doing it yourself.

Akrosteam did an amazing job on my carpets! I felt they went above and beyond to make sure they hit the perfect balance of getting things as clean as possible while also not spending unnecessary money on carpets that would need replacing in the near future. I felt like I was taken care of like family. They even power washed my garage as a “welcome home” gift for free because he noticed it was in need of being cleaned. Could not recommend this company more. Will be using them for any/all my floor cleaning needs!!

Very great service provided to us. They cleaned and sterilized our nature stone in a basement that had water damage. No other company would even touch this job. The owner himself came out to do the job along with his great team. Will recommend for every cleaning need.

Chris came out to thoroughly clean my carpeted stairs after a plastic adhesive protectant had been left on them for too long, causing stubborn residue. I was really pleased with the result and the extra effort he put into carefully removing the adhesion and restoring the carpets' original appearance, making sure they looked flawless again.

Great experience. Friendly. Great communication from the time I made the appt until they were on the way. Had a lot of pet stains that needed treating. I wish I’d taken before and after pics. We were surprised how well our old carpet cleaned up. Highly recommended.

Professional service. Communication was great. Had to adjust my schedule at the last minute and Chris accommodated with no problem. Cleaning was excellent at removing stains and eliminating pet odors. I’ve had several people ask if we got new carpet. Highly recommend.

They came earlier than the quoted time which wasn’t a problem. We weren’t quite ready, but they We’re patient and gave us a minute to finish up. It is a great thorough job. Walked us through. Everything were very respectful in a nice timely job. I highly recommend them .
