The best heating & cooling company! My furnace wasn't running properly early on a Saturday morning. I called and spoke to 2 employees about the issue. A technician was able to dignose the problem and he explained the fix to me while we were on the phone. I was able to make the repair, saving a costly emergency service call. I use Lagani/ENG for service to my furnace & AC units and will continue to do so. Highly recommend!

Extremely knowledgeable over the phone. They inspected a very old furnace and AC to find it's still in good working condition. That tells me they aren't out to sell you something you don't need! That's why I called them for something else I needed and would recommend them. Thank you!

I would give 0 stars if an option......I have been a loyal custome of Langani.......regular maintenance & (expensive) duct work ...never had an issue . ... recently (6/12/17)AC was not working after recent hot spell - receptionist Sally extremely rude&unhelpful.... she told me on 6/13/17 to find someone else to help with my AC issue ! No apology or assistance offered......I think she must be new because I had never experienced such rudeness with them- I have taken her advice and did " find someone else" - they came out the same day I called (6/14/17) & fixed the problem & they were not rude at all! Will not ever be returning to Langani with such rude customer service....
