My mom’s furnace went out in December on a weekend. Called the emergency number they came out the next day. Provided space heaters until a new furnace was installed a few days later. They are prompt and do great work.

We went with ENG when it was time to replace our furnace and central air. We called 4 different companies and ENG had the best price on a high efficiency furnace and central air. The larger companies wanted to charge thousands more for less efficient furnaces. The install was done in 1 day and they cleaned everything up with no issues. I highly recommend them for all your hvac needs.

I had Lagani to my house years ago when I needed to replace my furnace and AC. They did such an amazing job that I still remembered them when my mom’s furnace failed to work recently. Mitchell came out and was able to diagnose the issue almost immediately. He was able to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and completed the job quickly. Since Johnny Lagani has semi-retired, though we dearly miss him, Mitchell has been an outstanding replacement. Mitchell is a credit to the working young people of today. ENG was great today!! Called at 6:30 am and they returned my call in no time. Mitchell came out and serviced our furnace treating it like it was his own. I really appreciated his communication and his ability to explain everything. Great guy and did a fabulous job of fixing my furnace. He even offered some other tips to better maintain my unit that were much appreciated. I would recommend ENG Heating and Cooling to anyone in the Cuyahoga Falls area. Very honest and helpful!!

Our furnace stopped running and we called ENG Heating and Cooling right away! Called and spoke with a lady to schedule service and she was very polite and caring. I knew right away that we called the right place..Mitchell came to the house and he was very professional! Described exactly what he was going to do and explained why! Doug and John the owners are amazing...hottest day of year Doug came out and did everything he could to get AC up and running unfortunately, the motor was gone by 1145 that day. We had John out here giving us. Estimate on the furnace and the air conditioner unit. The very next day, which is Tuesday today, they were out here at 7:45 in the morning. The guys were gone by 130. We were up and running. The most courtest night's guys you could imagine 🥰
