My service tech, Matt, was a phenomenal help. What started as an inspection on my furnace, became a well thought out consultation on multiple systems in my house. I asked a lot of questions, and Matt was eager to answer them all to ensure I was comfortable and confident in the decisions I needed to make. There was no added pressures for selling higher priced items, but the focus was again on my need and what range I could be comfortable in.

15/10! Honestly the best and most informative experience with a technician I’ve ever had. He answered all of my questions, gave advice, and made sure the entire visit went smoothly. Being a female I’m always leery on how I’ll feel because I know nothing about this area, but Brian was incredible! I highly recommend Jennings and even more, specifically Brian. He deserves a big high five for this one. The best of the best. You now have a customer for life! Thank you!

Of course our heater went out on the eve of a huge snowstorm. Jennings quoted us a reasonable service charge and came out earlier than expected which was a welcome surprise. Brian was quick to diagnose and make repairs, friendly, personable, and professional.

Joe was great! He checked everything, advised us of a couple things, and answered any questions we had. We had a new system put in a year ago and everything has been great from installation to service. Highly recommend Jennings!

Julian was a completely professional service technician. He quickly assessed the situation and went through a complete checklist. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He is very personable and answered every question with detailed explanations if necessary. He did a thorough inspection while here and pointed out possible future needs with the system. I felt comfortable with the outcome when he finished. I will use Jennings in the future.

Had the hot water tank replaced in a timely manner in the fall and just had someone out for a quick, routine HVAC cleaning/maintenance. Techs have been super friendly, helpful and did great work as far as I can tell. Pre, during and post appointment communication is all very good. Solid service. Pricing seems fair.

Dave Brown was our technician. He was very flexible in working around my schedule (I had school pickup when he was set to arrive). When he did our boiler inspection, he was very thorough and honest with his recommendations and explanations for things during the process. He was polite and friendly, and he made a potentially stressful situation more bearable. I appreciated that he took the time to make sure everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered before the end of the appointment. I would definitely recommend working with Dave and the Jennings team.

Excellent customer service from inital contact to follow up at the conclusion of repairs. Very professional and courteous technicians. Website is very user friendly and followed up with prompt communication and scheduling. Couldnt be easier and more transparent. Really appreciate this great company and highly recommend them.

We arrived home late last night after a Super Bowl party and knew immediately we had a furnace issue. It was 1 degree outside and 55 degrees in the house. We started some supplemental heating for the night and called Jennings at 6:15 am on Monday morning. They took all of my information and Ryan arrived around 8:30 am. He diagnosed the issue efficiently, picked up the needed new gas valve and diligently installed the new part. There was a unique issue with the installation, but Ryan perservered very professionally, working with a colleague over the phone and the heat was back on after about three hours. Ryan was very impressive in diagnosing and rectifying the problem. Being on the maintenance plan was worth every penny. Ryan also completed a maintenance check on the furnace while he was here. Thank you Ryan and Jennings Heating for taking care of us promptly and professionally! You are simply the best!

Julian from the Jennings team was great, my wife and I are 100% satisfied with the whole experience. Julian was kind, professional, and took time to explain how he was helping us. He also made sure we got our member discount that we pay for. We're excited we have Jennings to call whenever we'd like help with our house.

Jennings is one of the best companies around..I've never had a technician that we didn't like. I called in the morning and in less than 4 hours they were here.
They have a good maintenance plan that saves money on repairs.

Matthew L. was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable with our old furnace of 25 plus years and found the problem very quickly and got it up and running. After the repair he took some tests and explained what caused the problem and showed me other problems with the furnace. We talked about what to do in the future. He was not pushy about getting a new furnace at all. We wanted to replace the furnace as it was so old. Matthew walked us through all the different models they install. We purchased a new furnace and it was installed the next day. Sean W. And Zach where here first thing in the morning. They did a wonderful job laying down drop cloths to protect the floor. They explained what they were going to do and the they installed our new furnace. Great job guys!!

Bobby and his coworker (don’t remember his name) were just great. They were very courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly analyzed the situation. I would not hesitate to use this company again. This was my first time using Jennings but now have very good impression of this company.

Everything that Jennings does seems to just be right on the money, including Steve, the technician that came to inspect and estimate for a new furnace for us. Now that the installation is complete I have to add how impressed I am with Tyler, Frank and Andy on their work. I am a retired Technician so I know a professional job when I see one! I am getting another estimate this week from Jennings for an upgraded main electrical panel.

I was hesitant to call any company after questionable work from another company in the past, but read the positive reviews for Jennings. They are locally owned which is a bonus for me. From the outset, Matt was professional, personable and willing to show and explain everything he was doing for my boiler cleaning. I knew it was time for replacement, a topic I brought up, not him. He came in well under what I was envisioned the final bill would be. It was actually a relief to sign up to get my new boiler installed! I will definitely recommend Jennings to everyone I know. I will also be a customer for life! I wasn't aware they provided more services than just HVAC, but I'm very glad I made the call. No pressure, no hidden gimmicks, just great service and they keep you informed for every appointment. Do yourself a favor and look no further than Jennings!

We called Jennings because we tried to replace some porch lights and found a major electrical mess due to the previous homeowners. Josh came out to assess the situation and gave us an accurate price to re-install one of the electrical boxes, both of our new lights, and caulk it up so the same issues don’t happen again. He even had the correct screws for the light fixtures - which Amazon didn’t think we needed 😒 (and would have stopped us if we had tried to install them ourselves). It looks so much better and we feel better knowing it’s installed correctly. Thanks!
