Had our air conditioning unit cleaned and inspected. You worry that they’ll find issues that ‘magically appear’. But did not have that experience with this company. Dustin was the tech. He was very good, respectful and honest. When inside, he wore shoe covers which was much appreciated. Will definitely use Choice Aire again for our HVAC needs.

Heat pump wasn't working properly. They came promptly, did a full checkup, got it working again! Prompt, polite, professional, and knew what they were doing.

Choice Aire recently did a furnace and A/C install for us. Brett did a great job getting in fast and helping us decide what we needed for our house. Brandon and Brandon came and did the install. They worked their butts off and got the old system ripped out and the air on in one day, which was huge because it was hot! They got the furnace part turned on the next day and all the ductwork, copper, and plumbing is very clean. These guys were very professional and polite! I’d recommend them anytime.

Had an issue with my walk-in cooler and needed someone quickly. 20 minutes later it was being serviced, and an hour later it was working great! On top of that the tech was polite and friendly

Best price I found on Name brand unit. Brett came to my house on Thursday Gave me the estimate. I ok It and the A/C was installed on Wednesday. The team that came out. and did the install was great everything was done with high craftsmanship. and they cleaned up and showed me how it worked.

Highly recommend, called around 9am and Dave the technician arrived at 10:30am and was able to figure out the problem, reconfigure my ecobee smart thermostat and charged me what I think was a very reasonable price in my limited experience with HVAC things and then was out the door by 11am. Very nice, professional and informative, definitely give them a call.

Choice Air was here within 20 minutes of calling. We were back up and running in less than 1 hour. They were fair and honest.

Dustin was on time and worked quickly to diagnose our furnace issue. Was able to get the part same day and install. Courteous and explained things thoroughly.

Noah was fantastic. He identified the issue and showed/explained what was going on. He gave me the OTD price and I accepted. He ordered the part, went and picked it up and repaired it within an hour once the part was procured.

Jackson came out to service us today ! He was quick,informative, and very well mannered. I was charged a great price and will be calling next year when it's time to replace both AC and furnace.

The folks at Choice Aire just completed installation of a Bryant heat pump, dual fuel heating and air system at our home. Our installers, Brandon and Brandon, were polite, courteous, and punctual. They left no messes behind, the installation is not only functional, but not ugly to look at. We called Choice Aire heating & Airconditioning Akron today at 9:20 and by approximately 10:30 a team member (Dustin) arrived and inspected our flue liner, the chimney and tuned up the furnace. Dustin was very kind, knowledgeable and respectful of us and our home. We highly recommend this company and thier staff, especially Dustin!
