Dave was punctual and very professional. He was able to explain what he had to do in order to fix my electrical fire in terms that I could understand. He also answered other questions that I had with ease and knowledge. He was very helpful and gave suggestions on what I would need to do next on other work I needed in the home. I would recommend Dave and the company to anyone.

WONDERFUL experience with Jennings, especially Sean P. Sean is always so personable, honest, and easy to work with. He communicates with both phone call & text and makes himself available. We’ve used Jennings several times and will continue to.

The most honest and caring technician! He was able to debunk what another company said was wrong, almost costing a whole new unit! Sean came in and tested the furnace unit and every hose/vent for carbon monoxide leaking and nothing was detected! Sean and Josh went above and beyond their job with professionalism, knowledge, and just honest humans towards the elderly!

I am very thankful to Andy, Tyler, Frank and Derek who did a great job installing my new furnace and AC. They were all very personable, and had in-depth knowledge about the system. My "walk-through" at the end of the day was very thorough. I appreciated how hard they worked, never taking breaks, even for lunch! Andy is a solid mentor, assisting where needed, going above and beyond, and offering his 20+ years of expertise to the rest of the team (extra points for being very sweet to my dog!) I felt I was in good hands and can now look forward to the cold winter with less anxiety! These guys make a good team and I highly recommend them/Jennings for your HVAC needs!

Jennings has been great so far! I inquired online about a visit/estimate for new furnace and AC and received a call in less than an hour to schedule! I was alerted via text and email who would be coming and when, even with a picture and small bio of the salesperson. Steve T called the morning of and was able to come earlier than scheduled. He was SO knowledgeable about everything and explained all my options in laymen's terms that could easily be understood. He was not pushy and asked about my situation in order to best accommodate what I really needed, not trying to sell the highest priced system. He speaks highly about Jennings employees, especially the owner and you can tell it is an honest place to work where they care about integrity and good service. Steve called while still onsite and got the installation scheduled within 2 working days! I look forward to meeting more folks from Jennings regarding the installation and feel like I'm in good hands. Thank you!

This is the first time I used Jennings and they were great! I have a custom sewage injector system that had an issue that was difficult, the team at Jennings did not stop until it was figured out. Matt took ownership and made sure the right technicians showed up to complete the job. The problem was fixed quickly and at a fair price. Great team of guys, everyone that represented Jennings was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience - thank you!

My serviceman Sam was so nice, very kind and polite. He found the problem quickly and with precision, he opened my wall at the right spot and fixed my leak quickly! He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Will definitely call Jennings again for future repairs.

Sam was kind, knowledgeable and quick. Gave me future advice and price quotes for my aging hot water tank. Solved my problem the quickest and cheapest way possible. Super nice guy- highly recommend!

Matt is great! He showed up in a timely manner and explained everything in great detail. He’s also very personable, was very easy to converse with. And our dog loved him!

Ryan did a great job of diagnosing the issues and even came by late to restore heat. With the parts that were over nighted to Jennings. Thankfully under warranty. He didn’t have to but he made it happen for us. We have a 3 year old and a pregnant wife and it’s currently 22° F outside. Thank you so much Ryan for your hard work!

My very old furnace have been making quite a bit of noise over the last several months and just got worse over the last week. I called Jennings and they scheduled a diagnostic check for the next day. Sean was very professional, friendly and took a lot of time answering our questions, sitting down in the house and going over everything we needed to do for financing a new HVAC system. I don't think I could have asked for and more complete explanation of every tiny aspect. I would recommend Jennings heating for any of your house electric, HVAC, plumbing and many other services they offer. Just to mention, they have installed furnaces in my parents home in the past and it has also been a very pleasant. Absolutely complete. Process. Everything down to the last penny. If you need someone on an an urgent basis Jennings will be there. The installation for my new HVAC system will take one day to complete and was scheduled within 4 days. Thank you, Jennings.

I had an emergency situation where my hot water tank broke and I had water everywhere I called Jennings dispatcher she was so courteous and helpful and calmed my nerves!
My technichian, Zack Kieth was at my house before noon and gave me astronauts I was so impressed with his courteous and very informed information he even took the time to call my son and send him the quotes for my new water tank.

Steve Anthony was the tech that came to the house. He was very polite and very knowledgeable. It's been a bitter cold season and suddenly out thermostat started dropping. Steve was sent out and after 10 mins of inspection knew exactly what is was. Had it up and running within the hour. I'm now sitting here and have to keep turning the thermostat down because it's very warm in here now. The price was very reasonable considering it was a weekend call. Thank you Steve for giving up your weekend to help us stay warm.

Julian came out and did a maintenance check on our furnace. He was super knowledgeable, very respectful and made sure I understood everything that was done. I was so pleased with the experience that I am thinking of going on Jennings maintenance plan for furnace, A/C, etc. This young man is truly an asset to Jennings, and I will be requesting him specifically for future calls; definitely keep him.

Great experience with Brian Roscoe who took the time to walk me through my heating, April Air, and Water tank needs, as I am a new owner. Discussed what needed to be done now, and some things to consider for the future, and gave me ballpark estimates. So impressed I signed up for their maintenance program, and will see him again in the Spring for my air conditioner. Again great job!

Sam and Zach were very professional, friendly, thorough, polite, and clean. They were attentive and completed the job efficiently. I originally believed a drain snake was all that was required but they identified the bigger issue, provided me options, and ultimately fixed the issue permanently. Highly recommend for their service and professionalism.

Great customer service and willingness to eliminate factors to ensure best and most efficient solutions are taken to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, mine was the worst case scenario. They however were able to get me on the schedule quickly to resolve my plumbing problems asap to not effect tenants and transfer of occupancy! Thank you so much!

Dave and Drew were great. They came in the window specified. I gave them a lay of the land and they were off. They accommodated my neighbors in the need to move their truck. They did the work efficiently. At the end they tested the systems and walked me through it. I am now a lifetime customer of Jennings.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jennings Heating and Cooling. The technician, Terry, was rude and condescending. He quoted me $380 for one hour of labor to fix a simple LOOSE SCREW on my furnace blower wheel, plus a $99 diagnostic fee, while pressuring me with worst-case scenarios.

I grew up knowing my late grandfather used Jennings, so I expected professional service — instead, I felt that, as a young woman, I was being taken advantage of with an inflated quote.

I declined the repair. Apollo Heating fixed the issue quickly, professionally, and at no cost. Their outstanding customer service and honorable technician have earned them a lifelong customer.

Most concerning, a forged signature was added to the diagnostic paperwork without my consent. I called Jennings to report the forged signature and was told a Service Supervisor would call me back — I never heard from them.

This experience left me uncomfortable and concerned about Jennings’ service and integrity. I hope they take this matter seriously and improve accountability.

Trrry can to perform maintenance. He shared a lot of good information. Saved me money by letting me know about the filter program and placed my order. Enjoyed meeting Terry. Like the texts from Jennings with reminders and alerts about appointment, and pictures of tech who is coming to do the work. Highly recommend Jennings.

Furnace quit working. Set up appointment for next day. Sean was amazing. Very respectful and knowledgeable. Fixed my 25 year old furnace and didn’t push to have me replace it. I will definitely be using them in the future.
