Dustin, the technician, came to our house to do our annual furnace tune and he was very professional and answered all my questions. Choice Aire installed our hvac and a/c systems 5 years ago and we have no complaints. I recommend Choice Aire for sure.

We had Choice Aire out to our home today because our furnace stopped working. Wife called in, agent paged the techs on our behalf and we received a call shortly after confirming that a tech would be headed our way within the hour. Roger was our tech. He was very professional and after inspecting the unit, Roger walked me through why our furnace wasn't working. He provided me with the estimate to fix the issue and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the price. It took no time at all for him to inspect, quote us, pickup the part and complete the repair. We now have heat in our home again. Roger even alerted us to a potential leak from our kitchen sink. We needed our A/C unit moved from one side of the house to another. Brett came over to look at the job and sent us a quote that night. We agreed to the terms which were very clear and reasonably priced. The work was scheduled and completed that same week. They guys were clean, quiet, professional and friendly. They didn't leave a trace and did excellent work. For this not being a 'typical' job (disconnecting and relocating an A/C unit), they did great. We were very happy with Choice Aire from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate recommending them!

We had a newly installed furnace & whole house humidifier installed 4 months ago...by another company, which since had gone out of business. It was not working properly, so I called Choice Aire. The next day the technician arrived and discovered that our humidifier was not properly wired, then redid it properly. Very prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. They will have all our future HVAC business.

We recently needed emergency service and had a great experience with Choice Aire. Our technician, Dustin, was excellent to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He arrived quickly and was able to get our boiler up and running on a Sunday, which we really appreciated. Pricing was very fair, especially for emergency service. I had a great experience with my recent furnace check-up! The technician called about 30 minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated. When he got here, he was friendly and professional. He even took a moment to acknowledge my dogs so they would calm down — that was a nice touch!
He clearly explained what he was going to do and how long it would take, and asked if I had any concerns before getting started. After he finished the service, he went over everything he checked, let me know how the system was running, and reminded me when to schedule my air conditioner service. He also pointed out that I had turned the heat up during the visit and made sure I was comfortable before leaving.
He said he doesn’t expect any problems, but if anything does come up, I can just give them a call and he’ll come back out to take care of it. Overall, excellent service from start to finish — highly recommend!

This was the first time I’ve used Jennings & totally pleased. My technician & his partner were excellent! Extremely thorough and pricing was very fair. I used another company for 36 yrs but it was sold & preferred a company that has always had a good reputation. They didn’t disappoint.
