Amazing Company, amazing crew. Furnace went out on coldest day of the year, Aaron was out the next day. Very transparent and honest with issues being experienced. Conclusion was a new furnace was needed. Aaron got me over pricing that night for it and had it ordered and arranged for install in under 48 hours. Class act guys and company. The Novak crew from start to finish were very knowledgeable and helpful. After our AC went out at home, it felt impossible gathering so many quotes and gauging experience from all the different companies in Akron. After an extensive search and about a year of waiting and researching, we came upon Novak Heating & Cooling and were very pleased with the various replacement scenarios offered, product comparisons, and working with us in person and over the phone to get our AC replaced. They were very fast with getting equipment ordered and installing the system. I also greatly appreciated the follow up to make sure we were happy with how our new ducted min split system was performing. Everything is working great and I cannot recommend them enough!

Great service. First time using after my long time Vendor tried scamming me on two new furnaces. Novaks had me up and running immediately with a simple fair price fix. When my old vendor told me it would take weeks for a replacement part. Novaks is me new hearing and cooling vendor for my houses.

Second time I've used Novak, and they came through again!
Woke up to a house that was 53* because the furnace motor quit. They got someone out to us within less than 15 minutes, and they came back within an hour to install a new motor. Always friendly, helpful and did the job well! Thanks, NOVAK!

I called for furnace maintenance as winter is coming.... Aaron was very nice and they were out that week! Ron was the technician who did the work and he was very polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. The service was so good, I decided to pull The trigger and purchase a central air unit! These guys are fantastic and I couldn't be happier!!! Ron and Dylan came out 3 days later and installed the AC unit. I have air, everything is nice and clean and install beautifully and these guys are just amazing!

Aaron and his team recently installed a 5-zone Mitsubishi heat pump system in our old Lakewood home and we could not be happier. He and his team are professional and personable. They do a great job of talking you through the process and consulting you as needed. They were extremely efficient in their install, despite encountering some tricky circumstances which are typical in an old home like this. The experience was excellent, the install looks incredibly clean, and the pricing was very fair. We absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work!

Furnace went out late evening January 1. Already discussed on previous service call my ancient furnace would eventually need replaced. Called Friday morning for service again but due to holidays, service call not available till Monday. We considered options & decided to just replace furnace and get in the schedule on Monday. Was told I would need a quote & order furnace. After discussion relating earlier ball park quote, she said she would contact Aaron & he would call shortly. Surprised because he was out of town. He said we can’t have you go the weekend without heat & said he would call me back in a few minutes. He called back & said he pulled a couple of guys off the job & they would be over in an hour to replace our furnace. WOW, Talk about SERVICE. Not expected. Clayton & Ephrem showed up shortly and they really went at it. Worked hard and diligently and believe it or not within 3-1/2 hours roughly the new furnace was installed and we had heat again. Those guys were fantastic and kudos to Aaron & Novak Heating & Cooling. My youngest son Kevin was extremely happy with them when they replaced his furnace & A/C & why I called them. I cannot recommend Novak Heating and Cooling enough. Dylan and Ephrem were here ten minutes early (which never happens with home repair techs) and got right to installing my new furnace. They were polite and CLEAN which is beyond appreciated. Pricing is fantastic as well as 4-5 business day scheduling.

Aaron himself came out same day because our furnace was starting then stopping. Really great guy and did not over charge made sure it was all working well before leaving and was incredibly nice! We will be using him for HVAC again and recommend this company!

On the coldest day of 2025/2026 my furnace from 1980 finally took its last breath. Novak Heating & Cooling was on it! Within 24 hours of contacting them I had Clay and Sarah out to my historic home to fix. Left everything better than they found it and worked around my two nosey cats. Thank you so much!

This company is not just a company, But honestly more like a family.
They take time out of their day to help you and go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can.
They called my insurance company, Picked me up from the hotel room to my cold home because my Uber kept running late.
I gave mr Aaron a hug because he really went above and beyond for me. Left trust in me and if i had more money i’d pay him more but I cannot say thank you enough.
After my hvac system had a fault Ron & Clay went out of their way to fix it.

They really are excellent the customer service through phone called were superb too.

Five stars are not enough! I had used a large heating and cooling company for over 30 years. When my heat went out the week before New Year's Day, my problem was misdiagnosed by the larger company. After a couple of minor adjustments, I was told the furnace would work, only to have it go out 24 hours later. A second tech from this company arrived so late in the day on Dec. 31 that no repair could be done. I decided I needed a second opinion, so on New Year's Day, I put an online repair request into Novak Heating and Cooling. Later that day, Aaron, the owner, called me to check on my situation since I did not have heat. Not only had I never been a customer, but it was a holiday, and Aaron called from Arizona, where he was on vacation. The next morning, Dylan from Novak Heating and Cooling arrived at 8:30, diagnosed, and completed the repair. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and polite. He took time to carefully explain what he did and why. I also found the pricing was much more reasonable than the larger company I had previously used. Novak Heating and Cooling will now be the company I use for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you, Aaron and Dylan!

Aaron and Chad were lifesavers! They came out to our house within hours of us calling them. They took the time to explain all of our options. They installed our new furnace the following morning at 8:30 AM! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They are professional, courteous and got the job done quickly!

Aaron, the owner of Novak took time out of his evening when we called Monday 12/15, after waking up to no heat. Although we were not prior customers, Aaron took time to come up and thoroughly diagnosis our furnace issue after two other companies, failed to provide help. Ultimately the furnace needed replacement, and Novak was able to replace the furnace within two days the same week. The install team of Ron and Justin showed up the day of install exactly as scheduled, and replaced the furnace within 6 hours. They left the space exactly as they found it, if not better, and they were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

I had been without heat since Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Monday. Aaron came out at 8 am and was on time. He came in and was able to figure out the problem with my furnace and correct it within 30 mins. Aaron is the owner of the business and was very friendly, efficient and helped to get the thermostat set correctly. I would definitely recommend Novak for their any furnace, central air maintenance and even install. Thank God I didn’t need a new furnace and am planning to use them for their air duct cleaning services. It is also great to have a company that is local and close. Thank you again AARON!!!!

So I truly don’t know where to began with Novak Heating and Cooling this company is so professional and skilled it’s been honestly a pleasure to have them at my home. I contacted them a little over a month ago to remove an ac unit do to a driveway that was being installed on my property, Aaron the owner was so down to earth, kind and knowledgeable I had to write a review and give them 5 stars for their service they ended up selling me a new ac unit for a great price, they just came back today to install it and the service and professionalism was top notch ! Aaron even went above and beyond and brought me back some gifts a Novak cup, and Novak coffee it was truly an awesome gift and they have my business for the future ! Thanks guys you are most appreciated !
