Furnace was not producing heat on a very cold day in the winter. Novak answered my call immediately and was at the house in a couple of hours. Diagnosed the problem an heat was restored quickly. Highly recommended!

My furnace was not staying lit so I called Novak out to take a look. I suspected a faulty flame sensor which they confirmed. After Novak serviced it my furnace worked flawlessly. My technician Ron was friendly throughout the entire process and helpful when I had questions about adding hvac on my sun porch. I would recommend them and plan to use them again in the future.

This was my first time working with Novak Heating and Cooling. I called at four o’clock requesting service and the problem was diagnosed and fixed by 5:30, ensuring my heat will be working over what’s likely to be a brutally cold weekend. First experience with having our furnace ductwork cleaned out and no idea what to expect, but now I recommend it to everyone. Clayton was prompt and polite, explained the process and showed me photos of inside the ductwork. It was loud and the cats hid for an hour after he left 😂. The entire process for my 100 year old 3 bedroom home only took an hour. Novak is the place to contact!

Aaron & crew arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. They explained each step and answered questions clearly. They left no mess behind and reviewed what they had done to make sure we would know how to operate the new attic fan.
*Updated to note that another service, cleaning and testing of our furnace was also a great experience. The team made sure to show and explain to me the test results and overall condition of the furnace and humidifier. They did describe additional products and services but did not pressure me or make a sales pitch. They were also very respectful of the house and my time, and arrived on time and completed the inspection promptly.

Dylan and Ron installed a new furnace and AC unit for me and did an awesome job. Answered all my questions and took the time to walk me through everything they did before they left. Would highly recommend these two and Novak to others needing HVAC work done

We were getting quoted to have our A/C, furnace and whole house humidifier replaced. After reading google reviews I contacted Aaron. He was able to come the same day to discuss options. Aaron presented a very competitive quote. The whole process from the first call to install was very smooth. Aaron and his team are professional, courteous and pay great attention to detail. We really enjoyed working with Novak Heating & Cooling and would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Aaron was very informative on the phone and answered right away on a Saturday evening when my furnace broke. He took the time to walk me through some basic troubleshooting steps and was upfront about pricing and options. I scheduled an appointment to inspect the furnace and Dun Jie came out the next day, on time and super professional. He walked me through the fix (flame sensor as always) and showed me some steps I could take to fix it in the future. I’ve had nothing but trouble with Blind & Sons and Jennings but Novak was the exact opposite. I’ll be using them again for all my HVAC/Furnace needs in the future. 10 out of 10!!

Just had an AC installed by Dylan & Ephrem with Novak Heating & Cooling and they did a great job - on time, done quickly, and very friendly alltogether. The pricing was the best of the quotes we got and ultimately I'm happy to go with a local business instead of a national chain.

Aaron and his team were very responsive. Had an emergency situation with two dangerous furnaces that needed to be replaced. Responded same day and came in with the best quote. Removed and replaced both units the next morning and gave me all of the registration paperwork already submitted. Outstanding.

Just last week, I had Novak Heating & Cooling replace a furnace and A/C unit at my house. They arrived on time, performed an awesome install, and the price was very reasonable. There is no doubt that I will use them again! Edit: Just this week, once again, I had Novak Heating & Cooling install two mini-splits in my mobile home and addition. They arrived on time handing me a bag of coffee and a coffee mug. I have hired other service companies over the years, but I have never experienced the kindness and compassion from anyone else. From the owner to his employees, they are a great group of people and very meticulous with their work. Thank you again for your great service! I will be recommending them to all of my family members and friends.

Clay and Dun Jie were both friendly and efficient. They diagnosed the problem and had the system back up and running in no time. They didn’t try to oversell us anything, went out of their way to get us the lowest price possible. We are extremely happy with their knowledge and expertise. Our home is warm again!

Ron and Clay from Novak Heating and Cooling were on time-very early AM, got down to business and completed the task in less time than initially stated. Both guys are down to earth and friendly. We are very happy to have found Novak Heating and Cooling. Professional company, hard workers and reasonable rates. We can already breathe much better after having our vents cleaned. Do yourself a favor and get this done in your home; especially if you suffer from seasonal allergies. Yes, we have had them out again for this service after they replaced our furnace. Not sure why my name shows up differently but I am same person who submitted review four months ago!
