Left several voicemails to a “megan?” Some numbers on internet weren’t even active anymore. Also sent a message on messenger with no response. If your not in business anymore, I can tell why. If you are in business, I think your losing a lot due to poor communication.

New system works perfectly. The installation team was efficient and tidy. A great investment.

Quinns furnace is efficient and came soon after I called for service. They quickly fixed my problem and it nice and warm in my home now. I trust only Quinns , with all my AC/and hHeating needs.

Had the furnace replaced a second time by Quinn Furnace. The first one the Quinn installed lasted 30 years. Also had the central air also installed by Quinn. His crew always does a excellent job.

Had a chance to try the new plumbing service from Lakes and was pleased with the result. Tom was my technician and he contacted me the day of the appointment regarding his arrival time, then called again when he was on the way. Upon arrival he got qright to work, checking on the cause of my leak and fixing the problem. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and I was charged just for the service call. Overall a good experience.

I had an issue with my furnace and decided after almost 30 years to replace it. Timing was not the greatest as a cold snap was coming. Every single person involved from an initial service call, finding a temporary replacement part , choosing the best fit for my house with the guidance of Mickey , the sales rep and Mike who came out to help and get measurements , truly had my best interest in mind. And to Ronko, what a gem. He will NEVER be able to be replaced!

Matt Zeiner did the installation of my furnace with a humidifier today. He arrived promptly and went to work. He did an excellent job. My furnace is beautiful. Matt cleaned up everything before he left. I really appreciate the work he did for me. Thank you all.
