I am not a fan of when large corporations gobble up small mom and pop businesses. The result for us customers, is usually worse customer service with a higher price tag. However, my actual technician did a great job last week!

Hands down the absolute best! I honestly couldn't be happier with their services. I called with a plumbing problem at 8am and Zach was here within a few hours to assess and fix the issue. I also use this company for my annual tune ups on the hvac system, Ty does a fantastic job. The techs are so professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for all you do!

We have been using Heart of Ohio for our furnance and air conditioning cleanings for a few years.They always text when they are on their way. The technicians are curtious and knowledgeable . We highly recommend Heart of Ohio.

I've had Heart of Ohio come to do my Electric panel and furnace tuneup. OUTSTANDING SERVICE EACH TIME. Request Mario G and Rick because they did a fantastic job on the electric panel. They installed the panel and worked so efficiently. The area was left clean. Mario and Rick walked me through the process and made sure I was informed about the repair. Their expertise in their field is reassuring. I was scheduled quickly and the dispatcher, Jay, made sure the correct servicemen came to do the job. Price was fantastic. First time working with the *new* Heart of Ohio group. Scheduling was easy, service was great, and the company rep, from Akron was efficient and personable. I mean, even my cat liked him - and that's saying a lot!

Heart of Ohio right sized my furnaces, A/C condensers, redesigned my zones, and eliminated all the hot and cold spots in my home. Service was second to none. No surprises. Highly professional team. I recommend them to everyone.

We have used plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services since 7/2024. Each employee has been knowledgeable, professional, and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. We added electrical to our outbuilding and natural gas piped in to our house. We could not be happier!!!!

Heart of Ohio HVAC, Heating and Electrical has been A1 from start to finish. Got a new furnace and AC all at a reasonable price. No pressure sales. The installation was smooth and the installers all very courteous, clean and respectful. Thank you so much. I highly recommend!

We had Heart of Ohio (Behr’s) install new AC and furnace 3 years ago. Equipment works great, no issues during installation, passed city inspection (inspector specifically called out this company is best to work with) and have been renewing annual maintenance. Technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and keep our equipment running smoothly. Very satisfied.

I've used Heart of Ohio/BERS before, that's why I went with them again and was not disappointed. Plumber showed up on time, completed the job faster than i anticipated and left zero mess. Highly recommend.

Everyone is so very helpful and efficient. You'll be able to know when they are on their way, as they will call you, text you, and even email you. They also inform you of your appointment via text, and/or email, depending on how you like to receive notifications. I've been using this awesome company for many years because of their helpfulness and efficiency.

The furnace repair and cleaning went well, very efficient and pleasant , explained all that he did and we were very pleased.

Overnight, furnace stopped functioning. Contacted HOO early the next morning. Phone staff was courteous and accommodating. Alexander, our technician, was available that day midday. As a prior Huge customer (furnace/AC replacement), Alex was ready to provide service. Received a text just before he was at our house. A veteran employee of the company, Alex was personable and knowledgeable. Knowing our furnace in advanced allowed him to troubleshoot the problem and got us back online within 10 minutes after arrival. We will look to HOO for future needs in this area and also fo plumbing and electrical needs.

Service service was prompt. Dave was great and explained everything in a very understandable way. Heater works great.

We had to call for service on our AC. These guys were out to diagnose and make the repair very quickly. Brandon our technician was very thorough, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Had an excellent experience with Heart of Ohio HVAC. Technician came out to perform fall maintenance on furnace prior to heating season. He did an excellent job of replacing the filters and explaining how to perform the maintenance myself.
