They charge what they want. If you don't know anything about your furnace lookout.check amazon for the part you need.you will be shocked. they charge me 225.00 for the part..225.00 for a 25.00 part.79.00 to clean and service. Cleaning is the service.only use them if your desperate .that price was after I was told I was given a price break.lol

I have been a customer for 20+ years and have always been pleased with the professionalism and craftsmanship. My furnace went out and they had it up and running in a matter of hours. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Very happy with our service. The technician gave us such helpful information on how to maintain our a/c system. We are all actually sleeping better now that we know how to regulate the temperature in our home.

I have gotten work done by A to Zoff before and was happy with what they did. Unfortunately the level of professionalism I witnessed today was far less than that. My daughter and I were leaving for school this morning going 43 mph in a 40. An A to Zoff truck who was about a half a mile behind me suddenly approached us as if we were going 4 mph. He seemed agitated and literally tried to run us off the road. Gave us the finger about 10 times and continued to drive like a madman as if we deserved it. Its sad to see a good company with obviously people that have issues like this. My daughter is 10 and its sad that she had to witness that today.Its a shame that a good company who does good work employs sad people like that.

I called them out to investigate an odor. They found nothing, but charged me $250. The odor ended up being my hot water tank. Im not sure if A to Zoff does hot water tanks or not (being that most furnace places do...) but im pretty disappointed that they did not find the source of the smell, and even more disappointed that they charged me $250 for literally nothing.

Master HVAC technician Ryan is very professional in providing services to our home. He has excellent communication skills and follows up on the service rendered. Five Stars for him, and the A to Zoff company.

My furnace went out over night, and it was freezing outside! I called the next morning when they opened, and they got me an appointment before noon that same day. The tech was professional, nice, and got the furnace running again and our home nice and warm! I'd never use anyone else!

Brandon, the technician, was also very polite, knowledgeable, explained things well, and did not try to sell me something I did not need. Ryan was awesome! Our A/C went out in mid July (92°F that day) and he came out the same day. He guided us through everything that needed done, made suggestions, and was very clear about pricing. And he got the A/C up and running within the hour. Big thank you from us and our two dogs!

Over the past few years, they have installed both a new furnace and a new central air unit for me. Both times they were professional, friendly, and courteous. They worked efficiently and when they were finished their clean up was so good you couldn't even tell they were ever there.

I had a housefire in 2005. A to Zoff installed my new furnace. I have never met such honest and helpful people! They even helped me find a plumber! They go out of their way every time. Always on time and REASONABLE too!

Had new furnace and a/c installed recently. They sent three guys out so they could get it all done in one day. They had it done in around 4 hours. Dustin and the other two (don't know their names) did a great job on everything. On time, professional, courteous, etc. Great job cleaning up as well. Everything looks great. Thanks guys.

We have used them for years for annual maintenance. When it came time to replace our furnace/air conditioner, they were the first call we made. No need to go anywhere else! They did a great job! Very thorough and professional. Have never had an issue with this company.

Initially everything seemed fine. I asked for a lookover of my unit and thry decided a replacement was needed. I agreed to this and paid close to $4K for a nee unit amd install. I was told the unit isnt a TRANE system but is made by them. Found that was a lie upon them leaving the house. In the winter I built a deck in the back and the unit was in the way initially. I left it for spring and decided before starting the AC in the house to call them to service it. The tech (Crybaby) showed and his 1st words spoke was we cannot warranty this anymore. Never asked me if I had ran the unit, or even powered the unit. I told him its okay then and asked him to not do the work. I never had a chance to ask him to move the unit at this time. Not even sure what he thought he was there for???!!! I call the office and explain to Mike in the office that the unit needed to be moved and that what he was there to do/estimate. He said he would call me back in a fee days. A3 weeks later I had a whole new company come out and explain to me that this company is known to upsell and lie to its customers. 3 days after the install I call the A to Zoff people and ask them to come out because the unit is no longer blowing air cold. They explain they cant touch it. <~ this part i agree with because of the other company coming out.

They were great. Based on what I thought the issue was and had described to them over the phone when scheduling the appointment, they got the part from the warehouse before coming to my house.

Once they confirmed the diagnosis, and described it to my home warranty company, we decided to replace the broken part since that's all the warranty company would do on a 25 year old furnace that should have really been replaced. it was nice that they had already gotten the part and were able to do the full repair in the same appointment.

Even better yet, the guy came in with a Shop-Vac and cleaned up the entire furnace while he was there including some cement dust that lakes heating and cooling left in piles after anchoring a pipe into my floor that I asked them not to anchor into my floor when they installed are whole-home humidifier. I will use A to Zoff from now on.
