Jacob C did a great job troubleshooting my furnace issue. Found the issue went and picked up the part and installed it right away. Made sure everything was working before he left.

Chris K was kind and professional. He checked out my furnace that wasn’t heating properly and explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. He also gave me a heads up on potential near future problems due to my furnaces age and what his saw during his inspection. He was great!

Justin was extremely kind and polite and efficient. He was helpful with information of what was done regarding our furnace and ac replacement. And he and Mickey were very good about cleaning up after the work was finished.

John was the technician performing the service. John was clearly highly qualified and explained to me the issues, the proposed solution, and provided me the explanation in a courteous but informative manner in language clearly understandable by a layman. John then left to go the the supplier to get the parts after advising me of the cost and promptly returned and installed. A young man from your company had been to my home the day before but was unable to diagnose the problem. John did not throw him under the bus but rather advised that he was in training, that the issue was not easily discoverable, but John apologized on behalf of the Company for any inconvenience. Your Company should be proud to have John as a public face of your Company’s efficiency and concern for customer service.

John and Alex did a very professional job replacing our water heater -- on time, efficient and very courteous. They also left the work site perfectly clean.

Joziah did a great job and was super friendly and explained everything.
We also had repair with Bill, who did an awesome job.

Highly recommend Jared from Echols. He is very knowledgeable with geothermal unit maintenance, explains everything while encouraging questions about concerns, and a kind personality. He also has previously replaced my thermostat and was very thorough when explaining all the functions.

I've always been happy with the service from Echols and the tech I had today, Josiah, was a real gem. He was prompt, polite and did an excellent job of explaining everything he found during my annual furnace inspection/service. He even took pictures and videos to show me something that may be a concern in the future.

Echols continues to provide excellent routine maintenance for our furnace and AC. Their technicians are friendly and respectful of our home. Today we had a new technician, Joziah, and he rates 5 stars for service.
