Your call gets answered promptly. Within a couple of days a company rep. was at my home to discuss what I wanted done. No high pressure sale! Took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Equipment was delivered and installed when promised. Kyle and Justin were very polite, hard workers who took every precaution to be respectful to our home! I would highly recommend Echols Heating & A/C.

Joe was great. He is very enthusiastic to help do whatever he can do to make sure we were satisfied. He spotted a leaking pipe on our hot water tank and immediately sent pictures to their plumbing group, to call us with a quote and time to come out and solve the issue.

other services. Today’s visit was prepaid.

Our hot water tank went out on a frigid Friday morning. I called Echols at 730am when they opened. Austin called me back promptly, told me they had a busy day of furnace issues but he would leave the office and come install himself so we didn’t go all weekend without hot water. He secured the new unit and was at my house by 930am for the install. We were so thankful for the prompt service!

John arrived exactly on time and clearly is a true professional. John quickly inspected my geothermal unit and gave me great advice to keep my WaterFurnace running as it is designed. Overall a positive experience. Now a loyal customer.

Chris performed our furnace and water heater maintenance yesterday. He is professional and does excellent work. He tests systems when finished with the maintenance and provides pictures and/or other evidence of his quality work. Chris and other from Echols have consistently provided top notch service for our heating and cooling systems.The Echols office representatives are a pleasure to work with, as well. They have gone out of their way to make arrangements that fit our schedules and needs, and always with kindness and understanding. Echols is the best!

Just had John D. at our house to do maintenance on our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Answered all our questions with patience and understanding. He had a gentleman who was training with him as well. John was respectful to him as well. Highly recommend!

Chris and Mike did an outstanding job of installing a new water heater and a new humidifier. They were very friendly,did great work,and answered all of my questions. They did all of the above while working well beyond the normal work day.

Zach and John absolutely amazing. They did a great job very thorough and explained everything. Recommendations were given, but not forced. Feel like I definitely received excellent care and quality care with a smile.

I had my hot water tank replaced by Justin B and Shaquille, and the experience was excellent. The installation was clean and professionally done, and both technicians were friendly and courteous. The office staff was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend their service!

Just made a decision to purchase a new furnace after sitting down with a sales rep John from Echols Heating and Air Conditioning. He explained all my options, regarding repairing my furnace or purchasing a new one. He explained everything thoroughly. I was happy with my decision to purchase a new one. No pressure, just figures and facts. They have accommodated me from the very start! When Zach and Matt installed my furnace they arrived promptly and actually finished up earlier than they had anticipated! They , along with Lance, we're professional, respectful and polite!

I had Jake out to repair my furnace. It was giving a limit switch error causing the furnace to shut down every 20 minutes or so. Communication was great and Jake was a pleasure to have in the house. He knew what he was doing and had me back up in running in no time. Echols also did my original furnace/AC install, which was well done.

I have been a long time customer of Echols Heating and Cooling. I want to comment upon extraordinary customer service by employee, Joziah. He arrived on time for my routine maintenance on my furnace. Unfortunately there was an issue with the blower motor leaving me without heat on the coldest temps of the season. He thoroughly explained the situation and was ready to get the necessary part to fix the issue, but I had to delay due to an appt. Next day, he returned, yet there continued to be complications. He kept me informed, met the challenge head on, determined to get my heat back on. His perseverance and tenacity showed me how much he personally cared about providing the best customer service he possibly could even though it was at the end of the day - cold and dark outside. Never complained, extremely courteous and never stopped working. Echols has a keeper in this employee and I remain impressed with his integrity and his smile. I'll be requesting him again - and thank you Joziah, it was cold outside, but your kindness warmed this house.

I have a 23 year old geothermal system.
I found out there are very few people and companies that work on them. John the technician was thorough and did troubleshooting on the system. I would recommend him and the HVAC company Echols Heating & Air conditioning LLC.

I want to add to my original post. Kyle who was part of the installation team of my new furnace. He was excellent. He kept me informed thru the whole process and answered all my questions. My house was treated with respect as I can be fussy about it. I am very grateful to Yoder drilling for recommending this company and I await there end of the installation.

We've had Jared out for the last couple years doing the maintenence on our furnace and he's been so kind and professional each time. Always punctual, and performs our system checks with excellence. We highly recommend him and is a great representative for Echols! We're a long time customer and he's the best technician we've had over the years!

John D and Zach were out today to repair our geothermal unit. They were both incredibly kind and very helpful in explaining everything they were doing. I will definitely reach out to Echols for any future needs we have!

Great company! They were up front and honest about everything. They arrived when they said they would arrive, and did everything possible to satisfy my request.

Chris, who came to my house, was great! We wanted a humidifier installed too, but he explained why he couldn't do that and apologized profusely. (We didn't have enough room around the furnace.) He was very polite and even though it was late for the call he didn't rush anything and did an excellent job. (I was spying on him!)

Lori who took my thermostat/humidifier request was very helpful. She got all of my questions answered, even reaching out to Cody for my more technical questions. She kept me informed of arrival times.

Cody was great too. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my technical questions.

Jared was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy to understand. They were able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. I felt confident in the information he provided and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

My furnace quit working Tuesday evening, I called Echols on Wednesday & they sent someone out that same day to see what the problem was. They explained the problem very well and gave me my options of replacing the defective part or replacing my furnace that was 19 years old. I chose to replace the furnace & they came out the very next day on Thursday. I am very happy with everyone at Echol's Heating who was involved in this process. They were so professional and friendly. They texted ahead to let me know when they would arrive & even sent me a picture of the employee so I could confirm who it was when they knocked on my door. Top notch company from start to finish. I am so grateful to have heat in my house again!

Jacob A and the entire team helped us out and went the extra mile when our furnace went out last week. They were able to get to us quickly, provided us with information that helped us make decisions about replacing our furnace and A/C. We ultimately had them replace both and Jacob came the next day with another employee to do the installation. I really appreciated that they were quick during this extra cold weather and took the time to answer all of our many questions.
