They installed my furnace many years ago for a great price, and it has been a wonderful unit. When I need a new AC I was pleased to find they were able to provide a reliable system for a great price, and with quick installation!

Excellent job replacing my 20-year-old Comfortmaker furnace and AC with a HE Carrier 2-stage Furnace and Carrier AC. What a difference!! I would not hesitate to recommend A to Zoff for all your heating and cooling needs. They don’t try to sell you on unnecessary bells and whistles like another large (will remain unnamed) Carrier dealer I had out did. Talk about family owned and operated...I had future leadership of the company taking part in the installation process and he displayed pride in work and was accommodating to my thermostat needs. Everything works great! 👍

We were overdue for a complete HVAC installation. Both AC and furnace were old and were starting to fail. We wanted to use A to Zoff because we've used them numerous times in the past and loved their service, and trusted them. We wanted to go with a Carrier dealer because we heard so many good things about that brand. A to Zoff was great about explaining everything, and our Installation servicemen were perfect. They're experts, friendly and kind. They had to work in a tight space around our laundry room and that was okay with them. Our new Carrier furnace, Aprilaire humidifier, and outside AC condenser are very nice. We look forward to having them back for regular check ups and maintenance.

I am making this post as I am very disappointed in the company A to Zoff heating and cooling. I have dealt with them for over 20 years including two furnace installations and one air conditioner installation. The original owner of this company was very customer oriented and would do most anything to help you solve a problem. Now I had someone from a company that installed my most recent air conditioner who said it was a courtesy call to in check the furnace since I had bought the AC from them. He found that the heat exchanger was cracked and one of the tubes for the flame was rusted. I believe all this was from a problem we had earlier in April when A to Zoff sent someone out because the furnace quit working. They found that the manufacturer had got some insulation into the tubes which caused the furnace to shut down blew a fuse and damaged my thermostat. They said they had taken care of everything except for the thermostat which I purchased myself. Now with this problem I call and the general manager called me back and said he talked to the owner and the owner did not want to be bothered with this and said I should just use the company whose technician came out even though it's going to cost me approximately $2,000. Be very very careful of using A to Zoff. This furnace was brand new two and a half years ago and they are not standing behind their product. It is a carrier furnace.
