We recently had our air conditioner tuned up and cleaned, and it's been working so much better! The staff members at Heart of Ohio are all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! The appointment was was easy to schedule and we didn't wait long for service. The maintenance was quick as well, and overall we had a great experience with this company!

Great work. replaced all my shutoff valves and one main valve, along with the pressure valve. I don't know what 13 valve replacements should cost and 7 hours of labor, but I feel the cost was a too high.

Last January we had our furnace and ac replaced with Heart of Ohio. We were due for our 1 year check up so we made sure to purchase new April air and furnace filters which the tech happily replaced for us. Thanks for reaching out for for my opinion. Before I give you that I must tell you that I was in a desperate situation last year with a malfunctioning hot service igniter on my furnace. It was very cold and I called for help. Your tech arrived within several hours or so and charged me over $400+ for a 10 minute job - part costs @ $25.00! It

I held my nose and paid in full (I had no choice) w tip and thanked young man. But I always remember the very exaggerated invoice so I decline to offer you a favorable recommendation!

We have been using them for years and they are trusted. We needed someone to come out to take a look at our furnace, we were in the process of selling the house in a couple days and the furnace was not working correctly, I have expressed my concern and they really helped us out by getting someone there by the end of day, we were so appreciative. I definitely recommend them for any of their services we have had them do some plumbing work also.

Nathan was extremely friendly and helpful. He identified the problem right away and fixed it as soon as the part was available. We were very stressed about having no heat. He leant us a space heater for our room which was a lifesaver. Thank you!

Absolutely horrible experience. They didn't give me a quote when they said they would then charged me $500 for a $40 part. The guy said it normally takes 30 mins to replace the part but for some reason took him 2 hours. Then said if he knew what he needed to do he could have given me a quote even though I told him exactly what needed done a pilot gas feed line. I only didnt do the work because no one selss the part and it was going to take a few days to get in. I would have never paid that price had they supplied me a quote before the work was done. I will never use them and I will tell everyone I know not to use them. Total scam.

Update: I did speak with the manager who was super helpful. But please make sure you get a quote before anymore is done.

This company installed my HVAC system last year. Throughout the past year, they followed up with us and made sure that we were/are satisfied. The sales and service teams were incredible. They are courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. I highly recommend them.

Very happy with the professional people who came to fix my issue with water heater. I had to go get the parts 4 days later to have it installed even under warranty on the first day when they showed up on time. Water heater work temporarily till Sunday night. I got the parts Monday morning after picking them up with a bunch of running around. Installers showed up in a timely matter and installed them Monday afternoon. I was a little surprised by being charged $275 for the installation of when I was told it was a $99 service fee. The parts were under warranty at the time I could have paid around $600 to have them fix it on Friday right then and there but not on a $600 water heater. I wasn’t informed that i was going to be charged that much when I was told that the installer carry a completely stocked truck for the project at hand to fix a Bradford white water heater Which I informed the customer rep at the time of booking my repair order

A technician showed up in only a few hours and got my furnace back up and running in no time. Scott was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs
