Tech was over two hours late. He came in smelling like cigarettes. He told me that there was no way to get the heat going today when it was a simple fix that the other guy who came after him did he still wanted to charge over $300 for a service call and was not able to fix the problem and told me he could not what kind of HVAC company is that I would never recommend these people I would steer away from them

Its a scam!!! They dont let you buy components unless you are an hvac company.
Well, why dont you specify that in large print.

Returned a bad item and had to pay shipping. If you sell something that is bad, that should be on you. Hopefully I will have a better experience in the future.

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Both guys in their had total attitudes and were not helpful. Rolled their eyes and tried making me feel dumb. This place is absolutely horrible!!!!

What a fantastic individual. Did some work for me which required parts he didn't have on hand. I tried to pay him and he wouldn't take payment! Upstanding and one of those rare good guys. I will definitely be back should I have a need to. Please support this individual; I don't usually trust individuals in this line of work but I trust him
