JD came out and inspected our system on March 10. We were told what part was needed to finish the repair. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get the part ordered. After not getting any confirmation that the part was ordered, we stepped in and contacted the manufacturer on our end and got the needed part ordered and paid for. We reached back out to JD to set an appointment to finish the repair, but he was on vacation. We waited a week and called back, being told someone would be out Wednesday May 4 to do the job. No one showed, no one called. Took all day to get JD to answer the phone, to be told he would call us back in 20 minutes. NO CALL BACK. No answers or replies to our voicemails the next day. Friday morning he gave a bunch of excuses about a "new phone". Said he would reach out to someone and call me back. Late Friday evening, he text saying "Josh" would call us on Saturday. No call all weekend and as of Monday the 9th, no one is responding to texts or calls and my system is still down.

This company is so awesome! They came to my apartment and installed a new HVAC replaced an ancient system. Truly I can’t thank them enough for their tenacity to get the job done and done with excellence!
