I recently had my hvac system replaced and I never thought that having this system replaced would be a experience. Julio was the most professional technician I have ever had in my house. He walked me through everything he did and thoroughly explained on how to work everything. And after he was done he left the area he worked in cleaner than it was when he got here. If your looking for a hvac company in this area definitely call Palma heating and air.

I had a 50 year old forced air system that owed me nothing and stopped working. After 2 attempts to nurse it through another winter, I made the choice to select Palma Heating and Air on the advice of a family member who had used them previously with great success. Scott and Julio put in the best quality system at the quoted price, showed up on time and completed the job as promised. Total professionalism from start to finish. I plan on calling them back for regular maintenance prior to every heating and cooling season. Extremely satisfying customer experience.

Could not be happier with the service I received. My central air needed to be replaced. JD and Scott were very professional and very knowledgeable. Not only were they installing a new AC for me they were doing it in the pouring rain!

They answered questions I had. They were more than happy to not only tell me what they were doing but also tell me why they were doing it. Once the job was finished they've made sure they cleaned everything up leaving no sign that they were even here (except the very nice air conditioning unit)

I could not be happier with the service Palma heating & air provided for me today not only did I get the best deal around but the service exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend them to anyone that needs work done on your heating or air needs!

I am typically not the type to write a poor review for a business or an individual. In fact, I think this is my first time doing so. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt whenever I can and understand things come up - life happens. However, I feel as though this review is warranted. Palma Heating & Air installed central AC in my house in 2020. From the beginning, the communication between the owner and his workers was really unreliable. He'd tell me he or someone else was coming out to finish up the work, etc. and hours would go by without anyone showing up. This happened at least two different times in 2020; they just "no showed" after telling me they'd be over, so I wasted hours just waiting around at home for nobody to show up, more than once. Eventually it was installed and worked fine for a few years up until this summer when it gave out. Having experienced that poor communication prior, I normally would have sought out a different company for the repair, but was under the assumption the part that was "broken" was under warranty with Palma, so it would have saved me money sticking with them. I reached out to him the second week of July and they came out and took a look saying the compressor was shot and needed to be replaced. We went back and forth for nearly two months trying to get this repaired. Apparently the manufacturing warehouse was backed up on supplies. It got to the point where we began directly contacting the manufacturer trying to find clarity because he was so unresponsive with us. I texted and called the owner of Palma on Aug 4th, August 25th, and August 29th - all without a response back! I understand the compressor that was needed might have actually been on back log at the warehouse, delaying the repair, and sometimes that truly is unavoidable, but here is the kicker - the compressor was not even broken!! It was working fine. After being completely ghosted by Palma, we decided to chalk it up and spend the money to have another company (recommended by the manufacturer) come out and take a look. They found out there was a restriction in the evaporator coil metering device. They said that the screws on the AC unit that would of needed to be removed for a "deep look" in order to find out this was the issue were "factory tight," so nobody bothered to examine the machine thoroughly before them. They fixed this issue in one afternoon. So I waited almost two months without working AC during the hottest months of the year for a part that I didn't even need replaced. So I do NOT recommend seeking business from this company. Again, if the owner would have showed me any remorse or apology, or an explanation as to why he was unable to respond/help us with the repair, I would not be writing this. But he literally ghosted us. Awful experience. Extremely unprofessional.

My A/C went out and wasn't sure who to call to have it replaced. I was referred by a family member who had a great experience with Palma Heating & Air. Julio and Scott were very professional and explained everything and gave me options that fit what I needed. Great price and great service. I will definitely tell family and friends in need of HVAC service.

My go to for any HVAC services in my home. They offer very fairly priced residential services and have always been fast and friendly. They're more than willing to offer recommendations, diagnose and of course fix any problems that occur. They also will sell pasta to you direct if you're interested in fixing it yourself.

I recently purchased a new air conditioner with them as well. The consult was painless and no pressure. I worked with another company that absolutely insisted on replacing my furnace and trying to get me to finance. Best did not do that. They came, decided what I needed and gave me a price. No fancy business, no forceful sales practices. I ended up with a very nice York unit that I'm very happy with. They of course have told me my furnace is old, but they have on multiple occasions let me know there's no good reason to replace it.

All that to be said. They're a fair and honest company and i highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

I love my New York Furnace. It is very quiet and puts out a lot of heat. My installer did a great job.
