When called for repair on warranty product told it would be 6 days for a response. Not a good company since others have taken over had them do three homes and two with warranty they did not honor

Had my furnace of decades old die.. They came out and installed a new one at a fair price and I can say they did it quick and professionaly

Charged a little over $75 to come out on a Sunday night at 8pm while everyone else charged over $150 for emergency service. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future for A/C and Furnace issues.

Everyone be very careful using Trusted Comfort Heating and Cooling. Had them work on my air conditioner in June. They replaced the fan on the unit outside with one that didn’t match my unit. Told me it was bigger and would help the unit. Two months ago it started making a tapping noise. So I looked at it and found the four screws holding the fan had came loose. So I tightened them. Simple fix. Yesterday it started tapping again. Tried the same thing. Tighten the four bolts. That stopped the tapping but the air conditioner stopped cooling my house. Call Trusted Comfort out again and they say the fan cut the unit and now needs replaced. $3000 for a new unit or $2500 for a used unit they have at their office. Said it was my fault because I should have called the first time it did it. Use at your own risk. I will never call them again.

Highly recommend Trusted Comfort! They are professional, have a great turn around time and very fair prices! We will definitely be suing them for any heating/cooling needs in the future.

I have used unTrustworthy Comfort in the past with no real issues until today. I was supposed to get a new furnace but was told the work would have to be rescheduled for the next day. The piece of trash jerk I spoke with was very rude and refused to provide any explanation or apology for the issue. I will NEVER use this company in the future and will not recommend them to anyone. Luckily, I got great service with another company who I am happily spending my money with!

The guys came by the day after Christmas & gave me a very fair, honest price. I trusted them immediately. The installation was very fast & I am calling these guys first from now on. They answered the phone fast & show up even quicker.

I received quotes from a few different companies and Trusted Comfort had the best price and gave a very detailed description of the work involved. They did an excellent job with the installation. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and polite.

I highly recommend! Not only are they professional and timely but they are so extremely nice and considerate! No hidden fees or up charges and the communication was top notch! I cannot say enough good things about this company!

They were friendly and fixed my initial problem but then left another issue unresolved. They said it was a part covered by warranty and they would order it and give me a call back. I never received the call back. I left 3 voicemails and actually got through another time and he handed me off to a lady to get my call back info, but I never received a call back. I left another voicemail but still nothing. It’s been many weeks now, so apparently there’s nothing they can do but I’ve wasted a lot of time and energy. I would not recommend.

Very Expensive but Great Service - My Dad Called These Guys and they came out the same day, my dad did not ask for a emergency visit, they just had the time to come out that dayWhen they got here They Replaced a Fuse in the Furnace that runs the blower fan (those cost next to nothing) And They replaced a 20 dollar capacitor on the central AC unit which is extremely easy to swap out.

They were here for about 15 minutes, i understand they probably charge for a full hour which is fine but my Dad showed me the bill, they charged roughly 80 bucks to drive to his house even tho they are located just a very short drive away and the total bill was roughly 370 dollars. So that was 80 dollars to drive out and about 50 dollars in parts (which is stretching it) That means he must have charged my dad over 230 dollars for the labor

I would say that is very expensive.

like i said, they came out same day, They did a good job and fixed everything really fast which is great, but..... almost 400 bucks for a few inexpensive easy to change parts, a quick drive over and 15 min of his time does not seem like the average rates for a simple job like that. again they seem to have done a great job and provided speedy service but that seems to be more than you would expect to pay for a quick easy job and a few inexpensive parts

Tha K company sent Joe and Austin to install a new air conditioning unit to replace the old one and they did an excellent job. Both were polite, considerate and hard working. They completed a potentially big intrusive job with no problem or bother and cleaned everything before they left. I was very pleased and highly recommend them and The K Company.

After getting bids from four HVAC contractors, went with The K Company to replace my aging Carrier furnace/air conditioning units before the 2025 refrigerant change for their combination of knowledge, service, and price. Tom provided his candid thoughts about the product line and did not try to upsell to more expensive units. Joe, Austin, and Trevor were courteous and professional installers who took great pride in the quality of their work. I will definitely look to The K Company for my future HVAC needs.

Excellent service and communication... Patrick is very professional and knowledgeable. He called to let me know his approximate time of arrival, quickly diagnosed then fixed the issue with our AC/furnace at a very fair price. If/when we need help in the future I will use K Company and request Patrick for service.
