Long time service customers for our heating/cooling systems. Easy installation of a new AC. Joe and Austin came on time and finished early. They did a great job and answered all of our questions.

Tim and Joe replaced our central a/c system last week. They arrived on time after a heads up phone call. They put down drop cloths wherever they were walking and minimized trips through the house. They worked quietly and efficiently and were happy to answer my questions when I popped in. Before leaving, they allowed me to inspect their work, explained what they had done and asked if I had any other concerns. Probably won't get a chance to really use the system until next year, but I feel confident that the job was done right. Also a shout out to Tom for being very helpful and responsive in the sales process. So far, I am very happy with my decision to go with The K Company.

I highly recommend this company. I’ve used two other local companies in the past, and I had bad experiences with both of them. If you’re looking for a trustworthy (and fairly priced) company in the northeast Ohio area, use this one. (Shoutout to our technician Patrick 👍)

Lightening quick response for a new furnace installation. Old unit shut down on Sunday and new furnace installed on Monday. Tyler came within the hour of calling on a Sunday. Austin and Joe were polite and communicated well with their arrival time. They were very helpful with setting up our wifi thermostat.
Tom also helped us on a Sunday and stopped by during installation. Great team of workers! Highly recommend the K Company!

Had a new Carrier Infinity furnace and A/C unit recently installed by Joe and Austin. They were efficient and professional. Had the units installed quickly, cleaned up any messes, covered the floors to reduce traffic debris, and completely explained the new units and thermostat. I highly recommend this company for all your residential HVAC needs. I am more than satisfied.

Joe and Austin were our installers. They did a wonderful job! They are very knowledgeable, very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them. I have no complaints whatsoever. Tom was our salesman and he was also very nice and polite. K Company is a great company!

Tyler and Tim installed a whole house air purification system for us. The quality of work, subject matter knowledge and customer service were all outstanding. On top of that, at the end of the visit, Tyler offered to inspect our AC condenser. It turns out, it badly needed to be cleaned. Tyler cleaned the unit, which probably added 30 minutes to the visit. Talk about someone going above and beyond!!

I went with K-Company for a new furnace and A/C, and the experience was great. Joe and Austin did an excellent job with the installation! Highly recommended!

I want to explicitly highlight the professionalism of my technician, Patrick. He goes above and beyond when working on my system and is always available to field my questions. This guy needs a promotion, a raise, and even an equity stake in the company as a partner. His representation of the K Company (and himself) is so top notch I can’t say enough positive things about him. Kudos my friend.

The K Company knows their stuff in and out. Although pricey for a residential service call, you know they’ll be through with their work.

My 49 year old heat pump failed, so I decided to replace both the A/C and 19 year old gas furnace together. I got pricing from 3 contractors: Trane, Rheem, and Carrier. The K Company pricing for Carrier was significantly better. K Company's estimator, Tom Wackerly, was more thorough than the others and responsive on follow ups. K Company's installation crew (Joe & Austin) were on the job two days after I signed the proposal. It was supposed to take 2 days of work to finish, but Trevor became available halfway through and they finished in one day.
I intended to reuse my existing 8 year old Honeywell thermostat, but Joe detected a problem and Tom Wackerly allowed Joe to provide a new replacement thermostat.
After four days enjoying our new Carrier HVAC system, I'm very happy with it. Joe said I could call his cell phone with any problems, but I don't foresee the need. It works great at maintaining the set temperature and is quiet.

Pat was on time, shared what he was doing and testing all to make sure wear proactive on our HVAC system.

9/10/2025 - Returned for a new AC central air unit - 5+ stars!
My husband wanted me to get pricing from a local company that advertises on WNIR radio station, I did and they were not comparable in pricing or service to the K Company. I called Tom Wackerly, and he quoted a new AC unit. Within one week, my new AC unit was installed by two very nice young men Joe and Austin. They were so polite and made sure I understood everything they were doing and asked if I had any questions. Joe explained the new system to me and answered all my questions. I am not able to go downstairs so Joe took pictures of the work they did on the furnace to accommodate the AC. I really appreciate The K Company and I highly recommend them.

2024 - New Furnace
We just replaced our old 80% inefficient furnace with a new Carrier 96% efficient furnace. The two man crew worked all day replacing the old rusted metal piping with new pvc piping and the new furnace. The K Company came back the next day to inspect the installation and make sure everything was in good working order. During our initial visit with Tom Wackerly, he gave me suggestions on how to apply for the $200 tax credit as well as getting another rebate from Dominion Home Energy Audit. The furnace is working great, my bills are lower and we are very happy with The K Company!

We have an old boiler. It broke and needed a lot of attention! Patrick from the K company came over. He was on time and friendly. He had worked on boilers for years and was very knowledgeable. What my husband and I were impressed with was the time he took to answer our questions. Patrick was good with problem solving as there were several things wrong. We are very pleased with the K company and Patrick.

We selected the K Company to install a new Carrier furnace since our old Carrier had the heat exchanger fail. Since the old one was under warrantee, the K Company was able to get a discount on a new furnace.
Joe and Austin did the installation work. They did an excellent job. They were very courteous and conscientious about their work. They removed the old furnace and installed the new one efficiently and were careful to clean up after the installation. They explained the operation of the new furnace and thermostat without being in a hurry.

Furnace went out during this cold spell and called K Company for help. Tyler came and did a good job explaining service options and arranging next day installation. Joe and Austin arrived bright and early the next morning with a new furnace - they did a great job with installation. They were knowledgeable and polite - took the time to explain everything they did and demonstrate thermostat, etc. My first experience with K Company and I was very impressed - would definitely recommend them to others.

I have a contract with K Company to check my HVAC twice yearly. I am so glad to have this service! Patrick provides great advice and answers all of my questions (and I like asking questions!). He provides an explanation I can understand, and uses examples. I appreciate his attention to detail, and his respectful and thorough approach. I have confidence that he is taking great care of my heating and cooling needs!

After getting quotes from various vendors- and decided to work with the K Company. They are professional and honest. They work with integrity and aren’t out to scam anyone.
They recommended what I needed and didn’t try to upsell lots of frills that I wasn’t interested in.
Tom made it work within my very tight schedule and the work was completed efficiently and effectively with peace of mind.
