Jim and Dave had a challenging repair complicated by newer replacement parts for an older boiler. Their trouble shooting knowledge of electrical functions was impressive.....they went above and beyond. With out their knowledge and persistence, we would be forced to replace the boiler at thousands of dollars cost. A difficult job well done.
We are so thankful for their dedication.

Joe and Austin were our tech guys and they were great! We had both our furnace and AC replaced. They were knowledgeable, polite, and did a great job installing our new systems. They made sure everything was running correctly, and showed us how to use our new thermostat. Also, Tom our sales guy is awesome, and gave us some great options to choose from. Our AC stopped working & the K Company came out on an emergency call in a timely manner. The compressor was broke so we decided to get a new AC system. They were able to get us one in just a couple of days. Tom, Tim, Tyler, Joe & Austin were all amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional & kept us informed every step of the way. They had some issues with getting the new system to work, but they didn’t give up. Tyler even installed one of his own window air conditioners temporarily to help us. It is refreshing to work with people & a company that does what they say they’re going to do & with excellence & integrity. They also went above & beyond! Great company, great people & great service. The K company was awesome! Patrick who came out and diagnosed the problem with my AC unit was super friendly and knowledgeable. And then Joe and Austin that came out to replace my AC unit was just as friendly and professional as you can get. They were very timely in their work, but wasn’t in a rush. They were very good in explaining everything they did. And why they did it. The K company was great because they explained what I needed without trying to just upsell me things I didn’t need. They also gave me a quote the day Patrick came out, and that was the price I paid when Joe and Austin got done. I would highly recommend the K company if you need any heating/cooling needs.

We had to get a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed and Joe and Austin were phenomenal. They were so polite and respectful. They were great at telling us when they would arrive, what would be happening step by step, how long things would take. Very thorough with explaining how the new system works after installed. Joe was even so kind to answer on his personal cell phone after hours to help us figure something out that we couldn’t figure out. The customer service is top tier. So grateful to have had such a wonderful experience. Thank you Joe and Austin!

This was my first experience using the K Company and I have only positive things to say about working with them. I needed to replace 2 HVAC systems in my office building. The quoting process was thorough, timely and very cost competitive. The level of technical detail they went through to provide the right specifications for my quote exceeded their competition. I was very confident when I placed my order because of the time they spent determining what I needed and then explaining this to me. The installation far exceeded my expectations. The team of Joe, Austin and Tim arrived on time each day, explained what they were doing, worked around my business needs, and completed the project on time, inspite of running into some technical difficulties. Tim Winkler came out to help us get more warm air into a back family room. He saw the metal duct work had come loose from the wall . He was able to screw it back on tightly .he also advised us on some outside walls that needed insulation and helped adjust basement registers.

First time customer getting routine maintenance to my furnace and air conditioner. Patrick did a great job getting both systems back into shape. He also took time to get my humidifier ready for the winter season and returned with filters he didn’t have at the scheduled maintenance time. He was friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend K company to friends and plan on using them again.

Although Patrick is my service person I usually request I was happy to see women in the HVAC industry. Both of them were very professional and knowledgeable. I wish I would have written down thier names, but I'm sure you know who they are. Kudos to these ladies!

This was a great experience from my call for service to the house call. The office said I would be contacted by the technician before coming out and I was. Jim gave me an ETA and stuck to it. We especially appreciate the explanations given about our heating system, the meaning of various error code messages displayed on the unit, as well as what it took to get it working properly. I've worked in customer service for over 40 years and like the friendly, yet professional, treatment this company gave me.

Nobody likes to make a service call, but whenever I do Dino saves the day. Dino is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has fixed our system countless times & he always done a flawless job. Give Dino a raise!

We have always been impressed with the K Company's service and responsiveness, but our recent experience exceeded even those high expectations. After a weekend away we returned home to a malfunctioning AC unit, and temperatures upstairs almost 90 degrees. We called first thing Monday morning and Patrick from service arrived after lunch. He was very polite, and a true professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and presented options. We chose the longer-term fix and the very next morning at 8:00 am, Tom from sales was here to quote our needs. We were scheduled immediately, and the next day Joe and Austin arrived to do the install. Like Patrick and Tom, very professional and took the time to walk through and explain what was going to be installed, and how it all tied together with the existing equipment. Joe and Austin went about their work and a few hours later we had a functioning AC unit! They were meticulous and honestly left the basement cleaner than when they arrived!
In a little over 48 hours from our first call, the issue was resolved. I can't say enough about the team from K Company. Thanks for such a good experience and kudos to the team!

Due to the age of our existing systems we chose to replace our furnace, humidifier, A/C unit and hot water tank. Tom visited our home to review our current system and explained options and any changes to consider. His explanations were thorough and he presented a logical, sensible proposal based on our conversations-no surprises. Joe and Austin did the install in a reasonable amount of time. It is clean, well done and shows they were knowledgeable with their technical and communication skills. Importantly to the average homeowner, they answered questions and explained the steps throughout the installation. Upon completion of the installation they reviewed the operation of the entire system. The whole process was professional and steps were in place to keep work areas clean.

David S., Trisian, Brandon, and Clayton have been at our senior building these past two weeks. All of them were very polite, and they took the time to explain to me the services they provided. All technicians that have serviced our property, are always polite! The Service Department team of ladies, schedulers are awesome as well. Their teams - the technicians and the schedulers make sure we are happy and satisfied.

Patrick was a wonderful technician. My furnace went out and he came out to do an assessment to see what the issue was and get my heat back on. Unfortunately ,I need a new unit and he arranged the much needed next step. I thought Patrick very thorough and explained things really well!!!
